Went in today to replace my husband's work phone. Jacob made a suggestion for an upgrade, which I appreciate and actually think I will save for myself! Ian was knowledgeable and patient all the way through the process and especially with my 5 year old grandson who was with me. Great customer service! Got a great deal on
the phone.

If there was a half a star, I would’ve clicked it on this day 12/23/2023 @ 1:50 pm I called to asked some questions the lady was so rude hanging up in my face cussing at me the worst customer service ever I’m on hold with corporate now something really needs to be done about how there treating people there .

I came in and ported my number and ian was absolutely was fantastic! I've been a customer for 4 months now and I come in for any and everything and I'm always helped quickly and with so much open and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this store!!!! Thanks ian!!!!

Ian&coworker @store was very good.Taken care of One&Done for phones. He deserves a increase in pay he really cares the ph is working properly. & his assistant that day also, this was apprx 3wks ago,sorry late replying on review.
