I went into this location after visiting the Pine and Peoria location a few times and several calls to customer service. I was very frustrated because I have been having connection issues for the past 3 weeks and could not seem to get a straight answer. I finally decided to try another store and was very delighted to have Sophia(I think) work with me. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She gave the best customer service I have ever received at a Cricket store and is the most knowledgeable cricket employee I have ever encountered. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🥰🥰

The young lady that was there this evening was so helpful. Even though she couldn't help me with my payment, because her equipment wasn't working properly. She told me about so many offers I'm allowed and my own store hasn't shared with me. I wished I had gotten her name. She was awesome.
