The daisy lady there working is horrible horrible person I ever seen in working at a cricket she was very rude to me and my father and the other customers there the second time we went up there in the same day cause she messed up are whole phone line and phone
The first time we went we told her about what customer service had told us to tell them they had made a note for service and she barely looked at the computer and started saying saying I don’t know what your talking about it or I don’t understand what your saying and cause she wasn’t even paying attention and when we finally got her to do something about the phones she demanded the money and when paid for the service again we asked her multiple times if everything was on and if we still being paying the same and said yes and when we got home the phone service was still off and we got a text saying we would be paying more so I called the store to asked and she ended the call on me so we drove back up there and she was mad that we were back and was getting mad that we were asking questions about everything that went wrong and wouldn’t even fix the problem or even tried to and then told us to literally shut up and go away and when I told her I would be back to talk the manager she said she didn’t care and I end up having going to other store to have it fix sense she didn’t wanna help us they were excellent service and got it fixed within 20 minutes by David at the cricket inside Morelos on 129th

If I could put 0 I would. daisy v the manager is so rude all she cares is about the money she takes away other people’s sale when instead she should encourage her employees so unprofessional and ghetto the retaliation there is insane that’s why I quit ??
