I’m visiting Tulsa and wanted to find a nearby gym – this completely exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly, the equipment and facilities are top notch. Even the honeycomb lighting was cool. Glad I stopped by!

I was so excited to get an early morning workout. I love the new yoga room and found that they work out was teamed with stretching exactly what I needed on Monday morning. I love this industrious style work out.

Was in town for work and dropped in. Gym is well equipped and programming was great. Owner was super cool and the people at the gym were very friendly so it was easy to feel welcome. Would definitely recommend whether you are visiting or looking for a new gym to join. Great community and vibe.

What a cool gym, my review is long over due, I dropped in a while back when I was in town for work. Really cool and accommodating people. I hit them up before I got to town, they more than grateful to have me and hooked me up with some swag. Got a lot of great recommendations for places to eat tans things to do.

This is the second crossfit gym I've tried dropping in on while in town for work and it's by far the best one. Right from the start it was easy to schedule my visit, and when I got there the owner came right up and introduced himself. He made sure I was following along in the workout the entire time and pointed out a couple ways to make my lift better. The people there were super nice and came right up to welcome me. Then, at the end the owner gave me a tshirt. It was a great experience and I'll totally come back :)

Had my 1st workout this morning and will certainly be going back.. at 55 and a runner this is exactly what I need. The trainer did not try and push me to do more than I could, she guided me and recommended what I should do since I was new to this.

This was a fabulous box. I generally drop in every time and everywhere I travel and this is one of my favorites! All of the coaches and even the regulars went out of their way to make me feel at home. I loved the programming, coaching, the people and the most important, the T-Shirts 😉. I will definitely be back every time I'm in town.
