Good place for a simple workout, bathrooms are usually clean. Equipment is well maintained and gym-goers aren't too rowdy or obnoxious. Spoke with the male trainers and they seem arrogant and judgemental. Don't know about the female trainers, they are kinda hot though. It's a good middle ground for people who don't want Baby-Mode Workouts (*ahemPlanetFitness*) and aren't looking for good trainers or serious programs.

Loved it... very helpful people at the desk, super clean gym, nice tanning beds and great classes! Will definitely be recommending this gym to all my gym buddies!

They absolutely lied and now are trying to charge me for my "2 free months" and the yearly fee! I tried canceling since they charged me in my initaial free month for joining early and another free month for bringing a friend along! I spoke with a manager and they told me to "Read my contract, it doesn't specify when the free months will be given". I am a single teacher and a foster parent that had not budgeted for this charge and they refuse to give it back. When I brought up canceling, she let me know that my "yearly dues would be charged in November". I have been once. I had 2 free months. Still charging me and now the yearly fee. I tried contacting corporate but all of these franchises do not have a corporate number and the managers at least at the Broken Arrow gym were unhelpful and did not seem concerned that I needed this money and was budgeting my monthly income based on the emails I received from them showing my free month and another free month for referring a friend. This place is terrible. Yes, a good gym, but customer care, terrible.

Fits my lifestyle. Nothing really is perfect. All you need is your drive, discipline, and commitment when it comes to your fitness goals. Staff are friendly enough I'm not really there to find friends, I'm there to workout. If I feel something needs to be brought up I just communicate it to the front desk or talk to the management. If I feel that I need to put extra measures of caution for my safety, I just be mindful when lifting tools. Want to cancel membership? Just triple check w/them & request for reference # and block it from your bank to make sure.#safety begins with #Communication is?!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. The gym atmosphere is non-judgmental and multicultural friendly. Great mix of different clients. Technology and equipment is state-of-the-art and modern. Tons of fitness classes to choose from and sauna, tanning, red room are invaluable add-ons. Great price for all inclusive l used amenities.

Hey Crunch - most gyms have their dumbells in a lower setting so it's easier and, oh I don't know, SAFE to grab! First day of this gym and my finger gets rocked because this gym apparently does know how safety measures work.GIRLS LIFT WITH DUMBELLS TOO

Management is terrible. Called club to get details on why my girlfriends account was banned. Manager Zach was extremely rude and would not explain what happened to the account. Or what violation caused it. He hung up the phone then refused to accept my call after I called back. Will be taking this matter corporate.

Love the staff, equipment, and general vibe. The red light availability on the mid tier membership is one of the things that really makes it for me. I wish they offered an al a carte option for red light therapy and hydro for my guests.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Tulsa and are originally from Minnesota. We both have a valid license but they claim they can't give a day pass or tour to anyone without having proof of them living in Tulsa. We moved just 3 days ago and don't have Oklahoma IDs yet. Crunch has so many locations all over the US so i dont see why i couldnt even get a tour because i just moved here... I would love to hear why they sent us out the door. Very disappointed.

Terrible staff that makes you feel unwelcome if you are not fit already. They see someone who is struggling as just money scammed. They will make you take this one hour training (crunch kickoff) when you sign up and force you to get a personal trainer and if you say no or you can’t afford it, they will tell you “hopefully you’ll be alive to see your kids in 15 years then”. Their personal trainer manager said those exact words during the crunch kickoff session. The trainers will just see you as a number to their goal they have to hit. Only one of the trainers has been nice to us during our five months here. All the other trainers will judge you during your workout. Prepare to build thick skin when working out here.

I was filled with anticipation when I decided to give this gym a try. However, my excitement quickly faded during my first visit when the staff treated me rudely and made it difficult for me to enter, even though it was my first time there. Undeterred, I returned with my boyfriend on a separate occasion, hoping for a better experience. He had a valid day free pass, and I was prepared to pay for my own day pass. To our surprise, we were told that he couldn't enter because the gym was apparently "for locals only," despite him providing employment verification. The staff member present insisted on denying us entry. This incident left me disappointed. As a Lifetime member, I had been considering switching gyms, but the lackluster attention and poor customer service I encountered reinforced my decision to stick with Lifetime, despite the higher cost.

Absolutely not recommending this place, I went in march and got convinced to get 2 secciones for $224 and while I was signing I asked it’s for 2 sessions right? So they just said yes sign here and I did, after that they tried to charge my card before I even did my first session and every 2 weeks after that and I never agreed to that. A worker their kept texting me to pay it and I told him I didn’t agree to that and he said “ well you signed it” but they were in such hurry for me to sign which was my mistake I should have read the whole contract, They are still charging my card and sometimes is $215 and other times it’s $240, and they try to charge my card several times a day I called to cancel and they said I can’t do it over the phone I had to do it online so I tried that and I called again and then they said oh you have to come in in person. The workers there are young and need more customer service experience. I’m not paying almost $500 a month then on top of that the membership I just wanted 2 sessions to get me going, the gym is great but customer service is not.
