I just stood at the drop off window for 20 minutes and wasn't help. Someone did say that they would be with me shortly, but never did. Instead he started working on something else. I get all of my prescriptions at this location and have never had such terrible service, or I should say lack of service. I think that I need to pull all of my monthly prescriptions from here and switch to somewhere that I am treated better and not just passed over for someone at the drivethrough or at the other counter.

I can't believe that your employee can not check out my things. I looked around for 5 minutes and finally found a young man and asked if he worked there. He scoffed and repeated what I said. I asked him to please set my birthday card out and was promptly told, no but I can show you how to use self checkout. I explained no I would much rather have you do it and he told me no, they won't let me do that now!? I asked if he was joking. And he said no and that he would show me how to use self checkout. I repeated myself and I promptly told him what he could do with that and your company! \\\\nI am ashamed of you CVS!!!!\\\\nI'M JUST ONE PERSON, BUT ONE VOICE CAN CARRY LOUDLY. I won't step foot in another cvs pharmacy....

They are pretty good here! They're doing what they can with what they have, and that goes far in my book. They are helpful, and call if there is an issue instead of just waiting for me to come in to pick it up, which is why I stopped using Walgreens.

We decided to stop in at 6:15pm on a Saturday to grab snacks/drinks for the movie. They had a hand written note saying closed due to not having enough staff. I don't know why I try and patronize this location. It's a challenge most times to shop there

The people are really nice. I really want to like this pharmacy. But they are exceptionally understaffed. Everything takes forever to get done because they are overwhelmed. The service is just not good because of the amount of work they have. They need to bring in more staff. A prescription should take 2 to 10 minutes to fill. Instead we typically have to wait an hour. So we end up coming back. Not convenient at all!

Horrible wait for the pharmacy and the machines were completely broken. Staff is rude and unhelpful and the wait time is way too long. Walgreens is much faster
