?️ PAY YOUR FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES
how can a company consistently report record profits YOY and give out massive executive bonuses, yet will not pay their front line customer facing employees a livable wage or useful benefits. these employees are the heart and image of the company, we remember our interactions with them more so than any other experience within their stores, and they're doing their absolute best with an awful situation propagated by lowly life sucking middle management bureaucracy and out-of-touch pampered executives. nor are they appropriately staffing their stores to meet the needs of their employees or customers. which, speaking of, there's now signage around the store apologizing that they've recently lost over half of their workforce and wait times are expected to be even longer. so the problem, which CVS themselves created, is now all of our problem and the customers are set against the front line employees, because they're the only ones who we can immediately express our grievances to, while management and back office employees further distance themselves from the voice of the customer and of the employees to live in their hyper capitalist bubble in the suburbs
guys, we just want our medicines, access to professional consult, and maybe an overpriced lil treat.
I stand in solidarity with these front line employees just trying to get through the day to pay their bills and shame on anyone espousing vitriol toward them for things beyond their control and especially shame on any and all of the management and executive teams that enable and encourage this class war. ?

If the was a score lower than a one that is what I will give their service. I called to speak with the pharmacist, I was placed on hold for 1hour 17 minutes and two seconds and still did not speak with the pharmacist. This is unacceptable for a healthcare service!

Had problems for 2 days with Walgreens in getting anti-seizure medication for my dog. In 15 mins I was taking of. Sure someone stole something by walking right out of the store but the pharmacy is top notch. Dude was super helpful and couteous.

The pharmacy is a consistent issue. The hours aren’t fantastic and they are very difficult to contact. I was on hold for 27 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The only reason they answered is that I called on another line to speak to a store manager and ask them to tell the pharmacy to answer. When they answered, it was clear the lady who picked up the phone was not happy about answering. She was short and curt. It could have been that they were swamped, but if that was the case then I would have expected they would answer and ask if I could hold. The hours already aren’t great and the customer service was worse than usual. So, it might have just been the closing team was having a bad day.

Released from the hospital late on a weekend, and this pharmacy was open when others were not. I would have had to wait until Monday otherwise.

I give the Pharmacy a -10. I have been a CVS customer all over the country and this pharmacy is the rudest, nastiest staff. When you work in healthcare empathy and compassion are important - this pharmacy staff shows none of this. I gave the benefit of the doubt twice before in other incidents, but tonight it was confirmed! They are hands down the absolutely worst, rudest and actually mean spirited staff - all of them. I just got out of the ER and could have used a little compassion. These people have no business dealing with the public, do something else... away from people. It was so bad that the store staff expressed their embarrassment.

Although my regular CVS closed, the 15th and Utica location was still great service and curtious staff. I came in for my vaccine appointment and only had to wait a few minutes even though they were kind of busy with it almost being 5 o'clock.

CVS the store, great. This pharmacy is literally the worst. They are open only during the most inconvenient hours for anyone who has a regular 9-5 job. When they are open they mad rude. Like I'm just trying to pick up meds, sorry you are angry about your job. Don't get your scripts filled here, go somewhere else.

The manager over the pharmacy was completely ruled . My daughter went to pick up her thyroid medicine . The manager would not check to see if the DR faxed my daughter medicine which was sent urgent to her store . The blonde manager was rude to my daughter while she was waiting patiently to pick up her medicine. The manager was like you haven’t pick up this medicine In months at this store . That’s because we pick the medicine up at a different cvs store . After that the manager said I guess it wasn’t so urgent . We are closing now you can pick up your medicine tomorrow. Then the manager shut the window in my daughter face rudely.

What everyone says about this place is true. They are horrible!!! I moved to Tulsa recently and used CVS in my other city so I just transferred my prescriptions here. I found out in my move that I lost two of them and my insurance wouldn't cover them so I wanted to use GoodRX. CVS wanted to charge me $110 to refill and Walmart only $20. No brainer right! Walmart here I come. To get CVS to transfer my prescription was a NIGHTMARE!!!! They kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes more than once. When I did get ahold of them they said they did it but when I called Walmart they had not. Walmart told me that this always happens with them. I finally called my doctor to have my prescriptions transferred. This shouldn't have been so difficult!! I will never use this CVS again! Still trying to get all my prescriptions moved! What a PAIN CVS is!!!!

I have never been to a pharmacy that didn't see all the customers in line who were there before close. The window closed a minute before close time as well and all other customers were ignored. I get techs want to go home but when a pharmacy's hours are 10-6 (even though the window outside says open until 8pm), it's hard to be there any earlier than 5:45 after work. Will never send a med here again for pickup.

I used to value the convenience of having prescriptions filled, shopping the store, and dropping off packages in one location. Even though the store has a huge UPS Access Point Sticker on their front door window, the store manager on duty rudely refused UPS packages after a member of her staff grandstanded me in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. I have not returned since.
