Elderly asian lady working register mistreated my mom today who was couponing, told her she could only make 1 transaction a day with such an UGLY and MEAN tone despite that being my mom’s FIRST and ONLY transaction. People have complained about this elderly lady constantly being RUDE and CONDESCENDING on a Facebook group and even on here (Google Reviews), yet management has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. I don’t recommend this location whatsoever. HORRIBLE customer service and staff.

CVS continues to offer me great service from moment I walk in and walk out. They are there for me guide and lead me with my questions about products available to meet needs. The pharmacy is top notch, working together. The photo department exceeds my expectations. I keep coming back.

The CVS at 41st and Harvard is a joke. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but you have to select at least one. The staff and manager are extremely rude and uncooperative. I will not ever go back to this store. I don’t care if I have to drive 10 miles to find another CVS. If you’re looking for OTC marked items, do not go to this CVS. It is all marked incorrectly. I spent an hour and a half in the store just trying to buy a few items and spent an hour and 15 minutes at the counter.

Always spoken to when walking into account easy to find product clean account. Everything faced in store always helped at the register or if I’m looking for something thank you CVS 7972.

I have never met a pharmacy technician like Ester who really cared about me and did everything in her power to make sure that insurance pays for a vaccine that they are supposed to cover. She was on the phone with them for nearly two hours! I am so grateful! This CVS is lucky to have her!!

Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. No sense of an interest in being helpful or accommodating. No explanation for how a prescription called in 3 hours in advance requires a 30 min wait other than, “the pharmacist is just getting around to it.”

Nevaeh and the manager on duty today was super helpful. Nevaeh’s very cheerful and caring attitude brightened up my day. She made my shopping experience very pleasant. Thank you.
