It's pretty sad when you try to call and figure out what your prescription is going to cost and they don't ever let you speak to anybody you have to leave a voicemail on their answering machine and hope that they call you back what kind of customer service is that when you can't even speak to a real person? I think you need to change some stuff around because Walgreens has you all beat!!

The pharmacy is terrible never has pills in stock or doesn't have prescriptions filled when you receive a text saying it is and when you call you get told someone will get back to you within the hour whether it's 2 or 4 associates working the same amount of work gets done and even prescriptions called in days ahead of time don't get filled till you show up

This store has rampant gift card fraud with scammers putting bad gift cards on the shelf that have been tampered with and staff and management take no responsibility. The onus is entirely on the customer.
CVS corporate also does not care that fraud is taking place.
I'd highly suggest avoiding this store at all costs.
Extremely disappointing to open a gift card and see it's already been tampered with and the funds are gone. This includes retail cards like Amazon and Apple and not just Visa and Mastercard.

I love the self-checkout, when the cashier doesn't put in my birthday as 1687 cause she's not paying attention and makes the process 10 times harder. The staff here are never friendly, it's very rare to even get a 'hello' or a glance in your direction when you walk in. As someone who works in customer service, nobody here knows what good customer service is. I'll be going elsewhere from now on, even if it is further out of my way.

Got here at 8 and nobody was there. Didn’t open until 8:30. Bad business to say you open at 8 whrn you don’t.

We came to deposit money. Shift Supervisor Charlene was on her phone ignoring customers complaining out loud about her pin not working. We stood there for a few minutes until I started to tap my fingers and she reluctantly got up and said no words. We showed her the barcode she scanned and still said nothing the entire time. Very rude and disrespectful and does not care about customer service. I believe she may need to find another line of work and CVS should do better.

Here at 8am and the store still closed. Had to stand outside waiting for almost 5 mins before someone opened. I just had surgery so standing there really hurt.

I do delivery work for doordash at times has a retiree and at the location that 6116 South Lewis there's a very pleasant employee their her name is Cherlene, and in my effort more than on one occasion, to pick up a few items for a delivery I had accepted. She was very willing to help me get to the right locations in the store were the items word that I had on my list otherwise I would have been zig- zagging back and forth across the store. She not only kept me on schedule but she helped me get the items that the customer needed without delay. Cherlene has 6 stars from me.

The pharmacy has been very helpful to me to get my prescriptions at the cheapest price possible. They have also been very helpful to me when they were out of my prescription to help me get another one similar as I've needed it to help me not have pain. I want them to know that I'm very grateful for all they've done for me thank you very much. PZ

Went at 11:30 to get my prescriptions and they were closed until noon only for them to be closed for lunch AGAIN at 1:30
