I have had some issues with pricing inaccuracy, and out of stock items in the past. With new staffing it seems to have gotten better. Alexis and Tiffany are always so helpful. They make the shopping experience much better.

The ladies at the front desk and pharmacy are amazing. The ladies offered me discounts for my shots because I didn't have insurance and really tried to support and give me options. Also got passport photos here and the front desk lady was so patient and willing to help us with our specific request. Great store.

The associate was so so rude. She started telling me what time they closed as soon as ai walked in the door.( I had 10 minutes and came for 1 thing) I told my little boy he could get a toy from having dental surgery this week. As we are on toy isle the same lady comes to me and starts harassing me ok how I’m going to pay because they are closing the register) I still has 6 minutes. Is addressed her behavior and told her she was being rude and she said she tells everyone what time they close when they walk in and her manager didn’t care. She was the rudest person at a store I have encountered in a. Long time and I will never be going back in that I store

I loathe CVS. This store is the exception because they are the worst CVS. From the wrong prescriptions to employees who are obviously not paid a fair wage I would avoid if possible! Zero stars

I have used cvs 71st Yale for years, the last few weeks it’s been hard to get meds even in hours after called in by doctor, too. Now you can’t even talk to a pharmacist, you have to leave a message, and try to find out why your drug was put in at 11, and is not even ready at 6 pm, It’s not exceptable, since I had a procedure at 10 am, and it was needed . I know you don’t care but I have transferred all my meds to another company, as the service is not at all exceptable.

Drink said 2 for $5. Was charged for each individually. Car Oil was marked up to over Five dollars more than other stores.

The pharmacist Robert is terrible, no good, and I hope he has a very bad day. It seems like he's made it a personal mission to make my recent diagnosis with diabetes as bad as possible. Kelly is the pharmacy manager and an absolute angel sent from heaven above.
She is the good grace after dealing with that Robert guy.

It's rare that I make any sort of review for anything. However, my experience at CVS today is noteworthy. On 3/3/24 I went to this store to get several items. When I went to the traditional register to check out, the employee that was behind the counter refused to scan my items and let me pay at the register located at the counter. He picked up all of my items and walked to self checkout. Then he proceeded to scan all my items at the self checkout. Numerous times I asked why he wouldn't use the register located at the counter. His response was that CVS is "training customers to use self checkout." Another employee added that the metrics used to track employee performance are based on customers using self checkout. Great job CVS management. You just lost 3 customers. I will never set foot in a CVS again. There is a nice Walgreens at 81st and Yale.
