I work at a salon a couple doors away and I got a burn so I rushed over so I could get some spray with lidocaine to help mask the pain of a burn that I had just got. I walked in and there wasn’t really anyone around, so I went back to the pharmacist. There was three of them. I had to say excuse me twice before either of them looked at me and I asked where the burn creams or sprays with lidocaine were because I had just burned myself… and I had to be quick to get it and all I got basically was attitude and the next girl said how it was just Neosporin spray so I reiterated what she said and she proceeded to tell me how that’s what all burn sprays are is just Neosporin and so they were no help whatsoever and I rushed around the store trying to find the spray myself which ended up being lidocaine … I wasn’t asking for a lesson. I was just asking for some help.

Just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the ENTIRE Pharmacy staff/team who have gone above and beyond in providing excellent service and quality care for me as a customer at this location. Any time I’ve had a prescription that was out of stock, they’ve been able to order it and have it processed/ready to pick up by the next business day, ensuring I never go without the medications I need. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness truly makes a difference. I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for continuing to receive such great support from all of the staff members at this specific store. It’s definitely worth the extra 10-15 minutes of drive time to get my prescriptions here instead of going to closer locations that just don’t provide the same quality of care and service that I’ve received at this store. The CVS Pharmacy at 91st & Yale also has later hours, closing at 8pm on weekdays instead of 6pm, which is much more flexible and convenient than other locations.

I was at the window getting a script. I asked if I could get it in generic but I can’t wait I am going out of town. The tech said let me check and then proceeded to get generic but told me I would have to come back. I said I can’t I am leaving town. She said well I removed the brand name so you have to come back anyway. We are closing for lunch. The pharmacist was rude and argued with me for five minutes at the window. I told her she could have had it finished by now. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I find the CVS pharmacy staff on Yale and 91st to be friendly and helpful. The pharmacy service is top notch in their friendliness, professionalism , and willing to help. The pharmacy is always clean and organized. Of course some of their prices are not competitive but is all other pharmacies. They deserve the 5/5 rating I gave them.

Their pharmacy hours are ridiculously bad and their attitudes are even worse! Even the cashiers at this location don’t have nice things to say about their pharmacy department. It’s a sad display from people in public service
After looking at their reviews on this pharmacy, it appears someone at CVS should be taking a closer look at what is going on at this location and why their pharmacy department is clearly subpar

I went to pick up my prescription. The guy in the pharmacy was helping me at the drive thru window. We were in the middle of transaction and talking and at 1:29 he says well we are going on break so I can help you at 2:30 when we get back. I said so you are helping me and because it's 1 minute before lunch you aren't going to finish helping me?? He did end up helping but was not happy about it. I don't know where that is ok to do that in any area of customer service.

Wow…Out of 27 reviews… (14) more than HALF of them are (1 star). This should tell you all you need to know about this pharmacy and the LACK OF quality people they employ.The employees put you on hold at 1:15 pm and never get back to you so they can go to lunch at 1:30. The employees are RUDE and dismissive even when it comes to helping with your medication. The pharmacist thinks because she has that title that she is better than you. STONE FACED, LACK OF EMPATHY, EMOTIONLESS, UNHELPFUL and a LIAR. For my LONG drawn out problem I have had, I called the CORPORATE COMPLAINT phone number and voiced my issues. I asked for a call from someone over that store. Someone named “Eula” (sp) sent me a message that says “we are no longer your pharmacy” they DELETED my medical history in the app so I have no logs of my medications. They DELETED all of my prescriptions from their system. Businesses with more than HALF of their reviewers being HIGHLY dissatisfied… will get what they deserve in the end. Pathetic service, pathetic employees, pathetic company. You have been warned. Do business somewhere else.
