Okay first with what's good: great selection of products, more than other CVS stores in my opinion. Okay now the bad: a major reason for two stars is: the facilities are dirty and need cleaning, the staff never said hi or didn't seem friendly enough to smile. when i asked for some help the individual working she seemed bothered by the interaction, which isn't what customer service cashier positions get paid for, right? just to stock only and be bothered by the person buying their products?
Now this was the third time I've visited this store, it seems to be a pattern here and needs attention! Finally, the restroom was atrocious. dirty floors, walls and unmentionables in the toilet areas and also on the floor and lower walls please don't look if you want to use it. suggestion: give us a napkin to open the door handle if we are forced to use it this really gross toilet area or just keep it clean! Disappointed this is a two star facility, has potential and great location in South Tulsa

My Dr. Sent a script on the 14th. Went to pick it up on the 16th. Was told I could get it on the 17th. Went back on the 20th. Was told very rudely I couldn't get it till the 21st. I asked why and was told he didn't have time to fill it come back tomorrow. I told him I had been there to get it before and they said come back tomorrow, what's up with that.? He said come back tomorrow, move on. Rude, inefficient and not trustworthy. I had multiple prescriptions I fill monthly at CVS. SICK OF THE RUDE HELP. I'm transfering to another pharmacy.

The staff here is horrible. Starts from the manager Ashleigh Sellers who provided the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. I was followed, harassed and discriminated.

On hold for over 40 mins at this point with still not one person has even got on the line. Guess calling my doctors office and canceling the prescription to have it sent somewhere else is the best route 🤦🏻♀️

Pharmacy staff is kind and courteous and do everything they can to make our move to Tulsa area CVS seamless! Uzman even walked my husband through the store for products when I reacted poorly to a new chemo pill and showed him what I needed to remedy my symptoms😊 thank you all for always greeting me with a smile!

I probably had the one of the worst experiences at this CVS this morning. I went in to buy tampons and saw an item with sales tag on it but when I rung it up at register it didn’t come the sale price. I ask the employee about it and she scanned it on her system and told me it’s not on sale and the tag might be expired so I ask if she’d honor it because there’s a tag and she said “no, I will not because I didn’t put the tag there” so I showed her the tag and it was not expired and she looked at some tiny numbers on it and said it’s not in the right place. She says it doesn’t go there and I don’t know who put it there so I felt like she was saying I put the tag there to try to cheat or something. It wasn’t just that but her tone was so rude as well. I will never go back to this store.

CVS on Memorial and 101st in Tulsa, OK has experienced staff and Pharmacist. They are very polite and extremely helpful.

For the first time in 5 years using this pharmacy I can say I'm beyond annoyed at the staff. The pregnant woman that was helping me (if you want to call it that) is completely incompetent and rude!! I have NEVER had a bad experience here until this person! She is down right lazy and very snobby!! I'm a very laid back person and I have NEVER left a review before, ever, until now!! Very unprofessional. Anyone know who the GM or Head of this company is? I would like to let them know the type of people they have working for them??!

The only worker is literally standing at the self checkout instead of behind the register and forcing you to check yourself out. Will not check you out herself and do her job

The pharmacy closed the drive thru on us despite being in line and waiting well over 10 minutes before closing. Went inside to see if I could catch someone and saw them helping a customer inside through their security/closing gate. I asked if I could get assistance and explained how I was waiting outside and the drive thru just closed, no one said anything, no assistance. Wanda the manager told us they close at 7. Frustrated with this situation, I asked the front cashier for a number to complain and while explaining the situation, Wanda proceeded to approach us at the front and said they close at 7, she “has her own life” her “mother and daughter are sick” and “if it was so important” why didn’t I “come sooner.”Text the prescription was in progress was received at 4:48pm. I didn’t receive a completed text, but I thought I’d try. My child has an ear infection, who wouldn’t try? Who wouldn’t be upset with the situation knowing you’re there before closing and no one assists you or says anything. Had I been inside, they would’ve still helped me. People in line at closing buying stuff at the front wouldn’t be ignored and treated this way. I wasn’t buying a birthday cake!! I was picking up a prescription for my child. This is healthcare. Wanda wanted my compassion for her schedule and her sick family, yet she didn’t have an ounce of compassion for me as a customer. For my child who was sick!I called the next day to speak to whoever was in charge of the pharmacy and Wanda said the store manager. She put me through to Ray who SAID THE SAME THING TO ME! “If it was so important why didn’t I come sooner?” He also informed me he actually isn’t in charge of the pharmacy, it’s the district leader.I called another location who was kind enough to tell me that a CVS at 91st and Yale (I think) is open until 8pm and I could have gone there! Sure wish Wanda could’ve shared that instead of making it personal.The actions of Ray and Wanda are absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting. They do not belong in a management. We all have stuff in our personal lives, but you have a job to do. At the end of the day, the 5 extra minutes she spent arguing, she could’ve gotten the prescription. Approaching us at the front of the store was WRONG. Wanda saying what she said was WRONG.Thankfully Walgreens assisted us and I highly encourage anyone considering this pharmacy seeks their care elsewhere. You run the risk of not receiving your prescription!After filing a complaint, two weeks and 5 phone calls later, I kept insisting to speak with the district leader. I finally got a call back from Renee who understood my concern and my frustration. She assured me this would be handled and apologized.As a parent, as a human being, this is not acceptable service and never will be. Period.

I absolutely despise seeing these negative reviews of a wonderful pharmacy. I cannot speak for the shopping aspect, but I can absolutely attest to the above and beyond service that their pharmacy team has provided me over the years. I’ve been almost exclusively going to this CVS for at least 6-7 years and the team has always taken GREAT care of my needs. I’ve had countless issues regarding insurance debacles and they have tackled everything from helping me find the correct phone number to get my insurance issues fixed, to making sure my coupon codes are applied before I check out every visit. I’ve been to other pharmacies including other locations of CVS and Walgreens and have never received the same caliber of service that I do here. The pharmacy team is above and beyond what I’ve experienced anywhere else, and it shows that only those with a desire to complain are the ones writing 1 star reviews. Big thanks to all of the team and how much they’ve eliminated many of the unpleasant difficulties of being on so many medications.

If there was a way to do negative stars, this store would have my full (Negative 5 star) review. We had to go back another day to complete a photo order on magnets due to the lady working the counter said she was not good enough to do it and I should come back the next day. I was okay with the request even though it was inconvenient and had already came in the day after the automated system alerted the order was ready.Then, I went back for another sizeable order that was ready but got sick at my stomach and really needed to visit their men's room. When I asked the lady at the counter she told me that their bathrooms are no longer open to the public because they were tired of cleaning them from customers who trashed the rooms...I barely made it to the Sprout's restroom and once my stomach was okay, returned next door to pickup our order and the customer service was not like other CVS stores I have done business with but more like everyone appeared depressed at a wake or something.It is unacceptable to not provide access to restrooms for all customers that may have health or stomach issues and need a quick place to take care of their personal issues in privacy without having to disclose uncomfortable medical issues. Also, might even infringe and violate ADA compliance regulations - the Corporate Offices really need to examine thoroughly the operations and policies of this store... Maybe we can get a descent CVS on Memorial again... Especially since the young lady around 6:10pm on November 29th absolutely rejected any possibility to a restroom and suggested fighting with rush hour for the QuikTrip across the street or somewhere else but there!!!
