Worst wedding dress shopping experience of my life. We got there a little early to look around and the people at the front desk instantly started being rude to us. Then when my mom went back up to them again to ask a question she was like we already told you that your stylist will arrive to david bridal right at your appointment time since I had the first of the day. My appointment was at 10:30am and my stylist walked in a 10:28 am and took forever to set her belongs down and greet us. When she finally did greet us she would not explain anything and I had to ask a question for her to speak to me. After I picked out 3 dress to start with to try on. She left and we couldn’t find her. Then when she got back she would not help me at all. When we asked her to pull a couple dress like the one I liked, she refused. My friend started pulling dresses for me since my stylist was just standing there saying I was only allowed to try in 3 dresses which is not true. You start with 3 and see what you like and dislike from there. The whole experience was absolutely horrible. I would suggest to every bride to NOT go to david bridal. You deserve better then how they treat their brides.

Let me start by saying....their customer service skills are great until they make a mistake....wedding is on June 7th I have brought ever bridesmaid friends of family that will be attending and I bought my bridal dress here in the Tulsa store....my maid of honor comes in picks her dress they made the sale told me the dress would be here June 21st right after the sale....I repeatedly told them that would not work they said they would call their DC center and put a rush on the dress and reassured me it would be here by the 15 of May mind you I purchased the dress in March.....I repeatedly called to make sure the dress would be here but I had a hunch something wasn't right ...I took another bridesmaid in the Wichita store and that's when I found out all the details of what the Tulsa had done....they never put a rush in for the dress.....you guys they even changed my wedding date in their records for what reason we can only speculate...they were rude even though I called and made an effort to communicate multiple different times.....I was lied to flat out.....then we were told they could only do a refund in store. We showed up when they were merging systems and said they couldn't refund due to merging systems...I live 3 hours away from them then finally agreed to do an over the phone refund.....(Looks like they in fact we're capable of doing a refund over the phone) Multiple trips waisted so much money down the drain and still dont have the dress we needed and wanted
...I'm so disappointed David's should do better by the especially regular customers they get....I can't believe how much money I have spent here for them to do this!
