I ordered my dress bridesmaid dress online through David's Bridal and had it sent to a store near me. When I went to get my alterations done the seamstress was very passive aggressive because I was not "prepared", given I did not receive anything about how to prepare for my fitting. Their computer system was down, which was not their fault, but it took me a week to pay for the $91 dollars worth of a 1 inch hem alteration . When I called several times to pay, they told me they would call me back and they didn't. Their support line was useless as well. I have worked in customer service for 8yrs now and would never let this happen to a customer of mine. When my mother went to pick the dress up for me they were very rude to her and said that I had a final fitting, again never received information on that. They then told my mother that I was to blame for all this hassle. Needless to say this was a bad and frankly pathetic experience and I will never be ordering from David's Bridal again. The dress is beautiful and this is not a reflection of the quality of work, but rather the level of unprofessionalism I experienced through them and how embarrassing that I have had to leave this as my first review and it's a bad one.

The hardest part of the whole process this far was finding the best fitting bridesmaid dress for me and my build. Everything else has been super easy and the staff have been so accommodating! Would recommend David’s Bridal and their alterations department in Tulsa ok! 10/10!

Great experience. Rachel the associate was incredibly kind and helpful, without being pushy. I had a terrible experience at another Bridal store. This one made up for it ten fold and I found my dress! Thankful I got to be with Rachel. Her calmness helped a lot.

I was very impressed with the dress selection at David’s Bridal. Key was the best help and stylist I could have asked for. She helped me try on at least a dozen dresses and figure out my sizing for my dream dress. All of the other employees were very helpful and very accommodating. I can’t wait to comeback when my dress comes in!

Omg guys, Marissa the manager was so amazing today! I called because I needed help, I couldn't find it online. I called and Marissa answered, went above and beyond to send me the important information I needed for my wedding. She had a great attitude about it as well, it was so easy and smooth experience! So disappointed. We had an appointment and it appeared, at the same time, 5 or 6 others did as well. The shop told us to start looking at dresses, take pictures of tags of dresses we liked and our consultant would come over and find us. We started looking and about 10mins the consultant found us and looked at photos of tags. She took us to a dressing room and told us that she was also helping another gal so she would be going back and forth. She had my daughter try on a dress with the help of my other daughter while she went to other gal. The 1st 2 dresses she had my daughter try on were way too big and not the style she wanted. We found out that those dresses were not even meant for my daughter but for the girl next to us. That's a problem when you share the same rack and the dressing room next door. In between trying on dresses my daughter would get dressed because our consultant wouldn't be there and for some reason, even though I saw her carrying 3 or more dresses (I don't know if they were for the other gal or if she put them on the rack and the other gal thought they were for her) there would not be any for her to try on. I finally asked our gal if she would just bring out several different ones so she could try on a variety without having to wait. She apologized but I believe my daughter only tried on 4 dresses total. Watching the others, they were trying on 1 after the other and they would sometimes have more the one consultant help them. A big problem with booking so many at one time is that every girl seemed to have several people in their party, taking photos and videos and face timing with people at home, so that you often couldn't get a full view of yourself in their mirrors because so many people were in the way and the dressing rooms do no have mirrors on the inside. I think the gal who helped us was trying to do what she could but there were at times 4 clerks standing around the front desk doing nothing but talking to each other. The fact is my daughters day wasn't what she dreamed it would be.

I found MY dress at this place 3 years ago, and Patty helped my SISTER find her dress today! It was a fabulous experience, very professional and fun! We love David’s Bridal!!!
