Seems like this school is better off for students who actually need discipline, and a specific structure. my daughter (kindergarten) attended for 3 days. On the 2nd day of school her teacher mentioned a behavioral sheet will be sent home the next week to start discipline action for talking. So the students can't talk the whole day? School just started, and they're already wanting to discipline? They also receive a 10 minute recess. 10 minutes? How do they even function the whole day without the ability to breathe or show emotion? The teachers can also work on their delivery to parents via email, and in person. I wouldn't send my dog to that school. Its not even that serious.

Still have childhood trauma from the bullying of students & teachers that was allowed to be done to me. This trauma still effects me at the age of 24. Also the paddling the principal (Ms. Aisha Brown) at the school enforced on children was also traumatizing have to see/hear and endure. Would highly advise you avoid sending your children to this terrible self hating school.

If I could select not one star I would. There is absolutely no way a child of mine would attend here. Legacy or Kipp for me. Rude disrespectful read one book in life and don’t know a thing staff members.

This school and its structure of teaching brings joy to the students. They are not bored. They look forward to attending, and they can wear their braids, dreadlocks, Afros, fohawks and mohawks with their uniforms. Love it for my son, nieces and nephews!
