Still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered between 3:30pm and 5:30pm, and it's almost 8pm. Customer service, in some Asian call center with someone who I could barely understand, said it would be by 9pm, but tried to get me to agree to have it left without signature. Yeah, right. Trying to find the actual phone number for the local office; I don't care if it's a customer line or not. Such a lack of responsiveness and transparency.

It’s good shipping but I had a scratch on my device when I got it I doubt it was the seller since all their Producys r good quality and hav high ratings So maybe the delivery luckily just one small scratch

I would rather carry an elephant five miles, up a 45 degree slope, barefoot, across a mixture of broken glass and Legos than deal with DHL again.
First, they charged me a fee to deliver my package, even though the seller was already paid including shipping and handling.
Second, the website said your package would arrive by close of business on May 28th, as of 1400 on May 29th, my package has not arrived yet.
Third, I called the number asking for the corporate address to file a complaint, only to be told there isn't one by the customer service reprehensive. I asked for a supervisor or manager, I was told they would call me in 90 minutes, and after three hours I am still waiting for that call back.
Next time I see a seller shipping with DHL I will not order from them, and there are several better options when I need to ship something out.

Incredibly helpful staff member. From the road you do not see the retail entrance. The entrance is on the Northeast corner of the building. Watch out for semi truck traffic but as you drive back on the East side of the building you will see the customer parking signs. They also have a cool model airplane and helicopter in the lobby. If they have any be sure to add them to you model airplane collection as well.

So, I've never shipped with DHL before, but the lady (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name!) behind the counter helped me out every step of the way, from filling out the receiver information, to deciding on the best packaging and services. It was a little on the expensive side, but not unexpected, considering it's going to the other side of the planet in less than a week.
All in all, I was only in there for less than 20 minutes, from start to finish, and I feel pretty confident the package will arrive at its destination (I will update the review if it does not).
Good, fast and easy customer service, and here's to hoping the delivery is the same!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited for over 2 hours for package to be delivered just for the driver to to mark as unable to deliver...the driver never attempted. I live in the country and can clearly see of someone tried to come up my driveway. They never even drove by. Very very disappointed

Honestly - somebody walked to the front desk and told me its gonna be a few minutes and turned around and walked off. Waited for 15 minutes before somebody came back to even ask my name . Don’t come when you are in a hurry. 🙄🙄

I had my traditional clothes delivery from Saudi Arabia to Tulsa Oklahoma United States.
I have used many couriers for my shipping.
But DHL was incredible. On time. Accurate tracking system. Fast delivery.
I would highly recommend this company for deliveries around the world.
