Do NOT come here unless you want unprofessional, RUDE service!! One of the younger Asian ladies had the AUDACITY to open her mouth and tell my friend something that A- wasn’t her business, and B- was out of pocket. If I recall what she told me correctly she said something along the lines of “the redness is because of sugar” as my friend was eating a cookie, talking about her cheeks. I don’t know how they train their employees but they’re lucky I wasn’t in Tulsa with her I tell you that. Get it together or I don’t mind continuously writing reviews.

This is the only place I will go for my nails! Kent is the best nail tech I’ve ever had and pedicures from Ana are always amazing. The staff are all very talented and friendly, I love it here!

2nd coming here, first experience not bad, but I came for a pedicure on June 30th before my vacation, noticed a few days later that my skin around toes started hurting and peeling, and while on vacation I accidentally bumped into a chair and my whole toenail came off, it wasn’t even a hard bump and the whole thing just popped off. Had to get treatment in Mexico and the podiatrist said it was a fungal infection

I did not like this nail salon at all. I went in as a walk-in which I understand it can take a while to be seen because I didn’t have an appointment but I waited over an hour in the salon.The services I asked for was a manicure with shellac nail polish and checkered designs, I felt like the lady who did my nails was rushing and my checkered pattern was done sloppy and it looks smeared, for the service I got and what they charged it was not worth it at all!

I went in yesterday at 2ish to get a full set which ended up being about 72$. Me and my friend waited for 40 minutes before being seen, but it was a Saturday at 2, so I knew I’d have to wait, but I really didn’t mind, if you don’t like the wait bring a pair of headphones or a friend (me and my friend were just walk ins, so there was no appointment made) they were really sweet and constantly asked me if I liked my nails. I showed them an inspo photo and my nails look identical to the photo i showed them. I’ve been going to this place for almost a year and have now brought 2 friends here, and we all have nothing but good things to say about this place and the people who work here

I got recommended from my toe tech lady to go with Kent le, but she did tell me that he might be busy and wouldn’t have room to put me in but that I should text him just in case. And so I did, he didn’t have time to put me in and these were for my graduation nails, and he took time out of his day( after the store closed ) to do my nails ! Literally he wasn’t rushing. I didn’t catch her name, but the nail tech I had was AMAZING!!! She did exactly what I wanted and made sure I liked everything before moving on. 10/10!!!!

I have been a customer almost 10 years now at this location. I am always treated so well and receive good service and quality which is why I keep returning. All the workers are polite and professional. I am always over satisfied with my nails. The facility is clean the pedicure chairs are nice and clean.I definitely recommend this nail salon.

Don’t get glitter here, they will put a undercoat that clashes with the glitter color and you won’t be able to see it. I wanted a blue sparkle that would match my engagement ring, they put a muted dark purple underneath and you can’t even see the blue. I’m very dissatisfied. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so sweet and always accommodating! Annie always does an amazing job. All of these sets were done by different staff but they always do so good and I always leave loving my nails!!

The guy at seat 6 is very rude and short (literally). Will miss services by Nina, but the poor customer service with great and regular paying/tipping customers was the final straw. Entire experience was embarrassing. He would not accommadate an early arrival by less than 30 minutes didn't even ask the nail tech just made the decision to be spiteful. What is frustrating is every customer waits additional time even with an appointment and my nail tech wasnt busy she literally greeted me as the man was being rude and you could see her smile fade away. My husband went in at our scheduled time (trying to give a second chance) and he still refused said he booked over our slot. I have referred so many people and will always tell people and my future nail tech about this experience. Rating is a 3.9 check it next week

Set an appointment for 1 o’clock and when I arrived at 12:30 I was told that the nail tech that my appointment was with would not be available until 2 I was very disappointed and the fact that my husband I spent a lot of money here in the past. Tells me that they are not interested in repeat business if that is the way they are treating repeat customers. We will be finding a different nail salon.
