Pretty sad I go to a sporting good store for a baseball bag you know the kind that are long that has a spot in the back to be able to hold your baseball bats they don't carry them here the only thing they carry for baseball equipment is backpacks or duffle bags that's not a baseball bag

I was informed that an employee was retrieving a shoe for me, but after waiting for 20 minutes, no one returned. I ultimately decided to leave the store. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope it can be addressed moving forward.

Their service in shoe dept is horrible. They are a prime example of why brick and morter stores are going away so rapidly.

This location is in a serious need of an upgrade. Also employees need to keep things picked up and floors clean instead of gathering in group visits. We frequent this location often.

Unfortunately this location is slipping, especially in the shoe department. Most of their shoes are out of stock so you’ll spend a lot of time looking for the right one only for it to be out of stock and then the employees disappear to the back and it’s hard to get help :/ I recommend buying shoes online and saving the time.

They have a good selection if a bit jumbled and disjointed on Shoes. But their Mens room is horrible. I have seen Truck stops that are a lot better. I used to be a Health inspector in the Navy, and that Mens room wouls have gotten a serious flag. When you have mold and stains dripping from under metal plates on tge door and major urine stains and mold smells eminating fom on thw toilets and below. Someine seriously needs to do an overhall.

Had a really great experience with Dick’s after a horrible horrible experience with one of their competitors. I will only use Dick’s to buy my shoes when shopping in Tulsa. Kudos to the online order staff for knowing how to do business. Your competitors do not have a clue how to do so!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Three different people in the shoe department were unwilling to help size shoes for my kids. They just give you a blank stare. One even told me to just go to academy.

Horrible service. Assistant manager, Will, was rude and would not help. I’ve always been able to utilize the discount code from my sister’s location and he would not honor it. I have been a loyal Dick’s customer (three teenagers…lots of shoes, shorts, sports equipment over the last 10 years in Jenks). I’m glad Scheel’s is opening soon!

Placed curbside order, not only was I given the display which were creased, but they gave me a completely wrong size, they just switched boxes to make it look like the right size, and put different shoes inside.
