Goodness gracious whoever hired the lady name Miss T needs to give her a raise. It has been YEARS since I had this level of customer service at ANY retail store. I took my daughter to get some clothes for figure skating and gym clothes and I am a super reserved person in public. Yet she had us laughing at the checkout, thanked me for coming in and even told me it made her day hearing about how much we enjoyed the new store. Even my daughter laughed at her adorable sense of humor. Biggest smile ever!!! Miss T I own a company and you can come work for me if Dicks doesn’t give you a raise!! You are a RARE find in todays culture. Keep shining ❤️

We came to your location to purchase a specific $400 baseball bat. When we arrived it was 15 minutes until close. By the time we found your associate Terry, it was 10 minutes to close and we told him we were there to buy a bat and we knew what we wanted, just needed to have our kiddo swing it real quick. Terry was annoyed as he looked down at his watch and told us it was too late and he couldn’t help us. If I could’ve left ZERO stars I would have!!!
Left there and went to Scheels and they were happy to help us spend our money. Sorry you all spent all that money to upgrade and have a beautiful facility only to have staff that doesn’t want to help people. In the future we will just go to Scheels for all our sporting needs. I will never go back to this location!

Recently doubled the square footage and yet STILL for some annoying reason; incompetence or what have you, this store is out of stock of Women’s size 9 1/2 and 10 in what I must assume, for all intents and purposes are all or most shoes. I would give zero stars if I could for having to walk literally a football field there and back, now to find that out. It shouldn’t be that hard to order more Inventory in the sizes you sell more of.

Went looking for soccer stuff find some goalie gloves that were returned to the store very damaged they ripped and hand sewed back together and wear on the palm of the glove and the best they could do is 20% off absolutely ridiculous shelf price is 72 and they were gonna sale them for 52 I would pay no more then 30 for those for how bad they were. Check your gloves before you buy them!

BEWARE SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
Why is the music blaring so loud!?! Absolutely ridiculous no reason for it to be this loud it's not a dance club!! You can't even carry on a normal conversation with the person next to you without yelling. First time checking the new store and probably won't be back after this experience! Had a guy dj the middle of the store with two huge speakers just blaring all kinds of music (some very inappropriate for the kids that were there) you couldn't even walk by without vibrating.
If you wanted music why didn't you build a surround sound system into the store when you were building a whole new store? Makes no sense.
Walked out with a migraine. The selection for women's clothing was nonexistent, Scheels had better.
Clothing for men, while they had a little more than women's still wasn't really much.
Prices were outrageously expensive!!!! Customer service? Ha! HA! HAA!! What very little staff they had in the store were occupied with their phones or chatting with each other about their dates, sex, internet you name it. Also, I don't mind a little cussing but dang there were some really foul mouths (remember I mentioned many young kids already in the store) not appropriate for work!
Guess Dick's isn't bothered by any of this or other reviews otherwise they'd respond by now and immediately to the terrible behaviors and retrain employees.

Went to look for some nike tennis shoes because I have a very narrow foot, so no one greeted me at the front door and I had to finally find some one in the ladies department to help me. The young man who help was nice, but they did not have any of my sizes. One other young man did say have a nice evening. That was nice of him.

This place needs to get it together . Was told they would break in a softball glove wi the purchase but 159 is not enough to do that apparently !!!! That’s ridiculous . I understand not doing this to a 50 dollar glove but I was going to buy a 189.99 glove that I found on sale and was told another 25 or 35 that’s just nuts

Old guy in the golf section in the morning was trying to make me feel dumb, he had no idea what he was talking about. Every time I go in there, he is always rude and obnoxious.
