Great service, called the day before to get a spare wheel and tire for my car. He had it ready that morning and had me on my way in a few minutes. He even made sure I had the right lug nuts for the aftermarket wheel. Used many of their locations and have always had a good experience. The South Olympia location is top notch. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have never been inside or even browsed Discount Tires website. I was in need of new tires and couldn't afford what I usually get but Angel (Tulsa Hills) helped me find a comparable tire. Once I was at my appt Andrew was the one helping me and he too was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Discount Tire in Tulsa Hills. Their employees are help and extremely nice.

Honestly really enjoy the no charge for fixing flats. Huge help on my road trip back to Texas. Would have given five stars but there was minor difficulty getting ahold of me but it all worked out in the end! Thank you discount tire! I made it home safe

The people were very nice! I got new tire pressure sensors. They did not work. I drove back and they still did not work. Was told I needed to drive consistently for 45 minutes. I did. They still did not work. Went back, someone readjusted them. They still did not work. Made an appointment to get them switched out. I don’t appreciate the time and many trips to get this fixed. It might be a good idea to tell people upfront that the sensors may not work in their vehicle.

Not my favorite place. I don't think it's really only a two-star place. But I think 4.5 stars is too high. It's more corporate/used car dealership than neighborhood tire shop . I don't like sales tactics that use pressure to up sale product. I don't think that's an appropriate way to treat people. I don't even especially like these service I received there. Not that it was terrible but for new tires I got one of them continually went flat. And maybe that was because of the rim but the tire I had on there previously did not continually go flat. Lol in conclusion I'd go to the one on memorial. It's not very far from here and I've better experiences there.

Spoke with Brendan on the phone, set an appointment. Came in and asked for Brendan, Matt the store manager just brushed off my request and pulled up the account.. didn’t have a clue about what was going on with there being a need for a test fit before tire installation. He goes out to inspect the car and says oh they’ll fit… sells the tires before ever doing a test fit. After putting on 3 tires the techs go.. oh that’s not going to fit. So THEN I finally get Brendan and he apologizes and takes care of the situation. I came back next day and got it taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to Brendan NOT Matt. It’s because of Brendan that they aren’t getting 1 star. Need a new manager considering his whole crew seems more competent than their manager. Brendan was excellent.

Like the service but when I talk too the salesman he assured me I would have a recent manufacturing date for 2025 when I got home and looked at my tires manufacturing date they were 2022 so they had been on the shelf for over 2 years

Hands down probably the best tire store we’ve ever had business with. Our experience began at the Discount Tire store in Kokomo Indiana when my wife had tire trouble while visiting family there. Since then we’ve been loyal discount tire customers. They always open with price, service, and warranty issues. Thank you for your great service recently!

Great selection of tires, competitive prices and a solid warranty. I also like the fact they have stores (Discount Tire or America's Tire Store) all over the country, from Pennsylvania to California, if you need service while traveling.
