This past Saturday, I was getting my oil changed, and I had a tire that was slowly losing air. I was at Midas and they showed me where my tire was punctured in the shoulder. So they could not patch it. At 4:10 PM, I called Discount Tire and asked how late they were open, the gentleman said till 5, But as long as I got there by 4:59 PM, they would go ahead and get my tires replaced. I have an all-wheel-drive vehicle that was about two months away from needing new tires, so I went ahead and got all four tires and an alignment. When I left, it was 5:50 PM. I got half a mile down the road and noticed my steering wheel was canted to the left when going straight. I called them on the chance somebody might be there to schedule me in to come back in on Monday morning to get it adjusted. The technician asked me how far away I was and I told him I was half a mile down the road. He asked me if I would mind coming right back and letting him take a look at it. I pulled up and they opened The alignment bay, has to turn the lights in the machine machines back on, and within within 15 minutes, had it back to perfect on the alignment. I can’t think of enough for all the extra care they put in to running a tire shop. It would be great of all. Businesses were ran this way. This is my fourth set of tires from them over the years and I will continue to go back anytime I need tires.

Shout out to Discount Tire at 6623 S. Memorial, in Tulsa for a great tire shopping experience. Manager, Joe Wicker assisted me on my first visit and was more than helpful. He was no stress and just provided great information that I used in ultimately making my decision. His staff assisted me during the process and were quick and thorough. I purchased the Michelin LTX M/S2. I believe they will be great tires and I will utilize the Discount Tire free rotation and balance service. PS: I have purchased tires from Sam's for years. Discount Tire's prices are right with them. Getting service should be easier due to the numerous Discount Tire Locations. Plus Discount Tire sponsors Ryan Blaney's NASCAR.

I used to work as a tire tech in Sam's Club, and with a giant window in their lobby with chairs in front of a big window to the shop, I was able to watch them working on our car the whole time. They did every part of their job us to spec, and I would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that sold us a set of tires and replaced our tpms sensors for a great price.

Hi. I have a small time delivery business and needed 2 new tires. Mine 3rd set from them since 2021, as well as my personal cars.
Discount tires are always on point. And as a salesman and businessman my whole life. I am not easy to please. I have high standards and I SEE everything!!! As you can see I am sitting right there watching. (Trust issues)
Those guys pass with flying colors every time.
