This store is close to where I live and very convenient. But all Dollar general stores posted hours are 8:00 a.m - 9pm but, this store doesn't follow those hours. I was there tonight at 6pm and they were closed. The employees there show what they think of their job by closing WAY to early and by providing the WORST customer service I have ever seen. There are people out there that have work ethic and would love to work there and I'll bet they would even be nice to the customers. Unlike the crew that works there now, they act like it's a bother for them to have to help a customer with anything. The ONLY way they have a job has to be because they are related to the General Manager.
Dollar General, I can't believe you allow that to go on in your stores. It doesn't reflect well on the other stores around the Tulsa area.
I much prefer DG but Family Dollar/Dollar Tree stays open during their posted times and the store is always clean and the aisles aren't blocked with merchandise that needs to be stocked, and they have shopping carts. I went down the street to another DG and was told they only had 1 shopping cart for the store.
I think the Corporate Offices need to get out in the field and see how the stores all over the US are being ran and cared for.

It is the one that is both a dollar general and dollar tree. It seems clean enough and well stocked which is sometimes an issue at some locations but the cashier that was working apparently needs to find a different job. He was very rude and he is not a people person. If he doesn't like his job he needs to find a different one that he is not working with the public.

The clerk at 2225 East 61st is lying to customers telling them that dollar general no longer does cash app, don't believe her she's lazy and doesn't want to do her job which if she doesn't like working there she shouldn't be there I'll be letting the manager know what she's doing when I get a hold of one.

This Dollar General isn't the best, but all the staff that have been recently hired are trying to make it much better. There is a review on here by a woman who is lying about the store and what happened. My daughter in law was in the store at the time the incident took place. What actually happened is far worse and truth is it would paint the employees in a great light. . It caused the store to close immediately and remain closed for several days. The woman who left the horrible review is trying to get out of trouble and win money after real threats were made to employees that included weapons by her own family. Those of us who live close to the store depend on the service we get here. As far as things being out of date, if you take the item back to the store with your receipt, they will refund your money. Hopefully those people who cause trouble at the store get banned from the store and arrested when they throw items at the cashier's. If you treat them well, they will treat you well. As far as them closing when they're supposed to be open, well if they had enough employees, they could be open more. Also if they didn't have people who come in and threaten employees then they could remain open.

This store has the absolute worst customer service and does not follow store opening hours. They close 20-30mim before closing almost everyday and the store smells like dead rat on a consistent basis. Dont shop here...go to family dollar next door

Id give 0 stars if I could as you cant even wait until 9 to lock the doors. All I needed was milk and I get told this location was closed with 15 minutes left until actual close. Worst customer service at this location usually as well.

If I could give this place a zero, I would do it today because the new light skin lady that has recently started. There is absolutely the rudest and most unapproachable human I have ever met. We go to the store every day and love the employees there, but it only takes one bad seed to ruin it for the ones that have worked hard to make the store what it is! This lady needs to take a customer service course and remember that she chose that job SO DO IT!!!! I asked her questions about prices or asked where a certain product might be found and she just said I don't know she wouldn't take 2steps to help me and the attitude has really started to make me angry! We cut up with all the girls there and have got to know them and this Lady is not a good Fit Some people just should not interact with public Mayby a stay at home job would help her because DG, she is costing you money and everyone is complaining! This review is not about DG but the employee that works there! Everyone else is GREAT!!!!!
