Me and a friend went in to purchase a few things. We needed to use the restroom 1st,we walk over to the restroom area, the restrooms were labeled 'him' and 'her', they were locked...I walked back up to the cashier to ask for a key, she said 'we don't have a public bathroom', I said 'oh, we are gonna shop, we just need to use the restroom 1st', she said ' yea, like I said we dont have a public bathroom'....I was dressed appropriately and was courteous...why have them labeled at all, or put an 'out of order' sign....besides that, this dollar general has the typical dollar general....they did have stock out on the floor, some shelves were empty or not fully stocked with 2 other employees on the floor....they also do have some vegetables (tomatoes) and fruit ( grapes)...

The black girl that works there told one employee he couldn’t use their bathroom bc his shift had ended , rude and disgusting .

This is gonna sound really trivial, but whenever I was asked to take the survey after I paid with my credit card, the cashier flips the machine around and clicks very satisfied when I was getting ready to press something else, he didn’t even tell me to have a good day. I went back and told him, but I really don’t think he cares. So Dollar General, you may not be getting a true representation of the satisfactory ratings from your customers.

No public restroom? Not that big of a deal. Not looking at you when speaking to you, rude attitude, and being called trash. That is kind of a big deal.

This is the worst store ever. The store manager Monica is so incredibly unprofessional, I do not understand how she's allowed to be a top form of management. It's concerning to say the least..
She can only fire so many store employees and Assistant Managers before it becomes entirely too obvious that SHE (MONICA) is the problem herself.
She does not program discounted/sale items in the system. So it forces the typically one and only cashier, to manually reduce each discounted item.. That leaves way too many problems to list on here.
Monica also shouts across the store when a cashier needs her assistance on management approval situations. Monica never talks directly to the customer or handles the situation.
Monica obviously does not communicate with her store employees/management about what is discounted. So Assistant Management will tell you such items directly under the sale sign ARE discounted. When the continuous issue arises when time to pay, Monica gives completely opposite answers than what the customer was JUST TOLD by her Assistant Manager.
So, again, not handled at all. Monica runs to her office to hide out from dealing with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, the Assistant Manager needs to run outside the front of the store to continue what seemed like a personal phone call.
This store is unethical. Employees are always harassing and cussing out customers.
Their have been times when no employee could be found in the store, but people not wearing work uniforms but friends with employees, have ran up and physically assaulted customers who were assumed to be acting suspicious.
I do hope this review brings positive changes to the store.

Usually dollar generals I like, good people for a fair price, while shopping at this one I needed to get a quick grab of diapers and wipes, I also really had to use the bathroom, all the other DGs let me use theirs, but this one they did not, but instead I got a very disturbing look, and a “may I help you sir” that was loud forceful and rude. I replied I was looking for the restroom but noticed the sign, went back to looking for what I needed , but then after trudging through different isle I had had enough! So yourself a favor never go to this location the people are rude there, and lacking in cleanliness to say the least.

The black-haired lady at the cash register is very rude and to buy a cigarette you need an Oklahoma ID, which doesn't happen anywhere, with a passport they don't want to sell you. Just because I don't speak English. They are very racist, I hope they take it out of that store so that the store is more pleasant ????
