Pennellipie was my cashier, she made conversation and was so kind. So many times I encounter cashier's who don't even say hello or thank you. All they utter is, cash or card? Pennellipie smiled and laughed during our conversation at checkout. I was able to leave with a smile feeling good, not cringing thinking the cashier needs a new job. She made mention she was new and apologized the system was taking so long, however it was due to my own error not hers. I really hope she is getting her wages worth. I know first hand it has become more and more difficult to even find people willing to work. She is very deserving of this job as she does it well and with a smile providing great customer service. As a former retail manager I know how quickly the public is to blast a complaint and rarely blast any kind of kudos to a job well done. I hope to see her face the next time I have to shop there as I have noticed a big turn over in employee faces. Please recognize you have an amazing employee in Pennellipie. Kudos to you Pennellipie!!

They’re not reachable by phone. The line is always busy no matter when you call that store!

When they put a sing up that says "System is down closed!" they are in the back with doing ice. FYI give it a hour or 2 for them to sober up a little to manage the store.

First and last time I'll come here. I clearly showed up on my motorcycle, l walked in to get laundry detergent and was not asked but told to leave my backpack behind the register. No signs posted anywhere about this "policy"....treat everyone like a theif is a great way to get repeat business. Got time to screw with me but not clean up the NASTY looking store lol.

Just moved to the area and already noticed the store is closed more than open. It doesn't open on time and will close several hours early.

Just stopped by that location and it’s closed. It’s Sunday and it says that it’s open until 10 PM. It is not open.The shelves are stocked and the lights are on but nobody’s home. This is misleading. I needed to get something and they weren’t open.

12/21/22 the check out is so bad when you go to check out I literally want to cry they either outside or somewhere in the store or just literally taking their time as they’re Checking you out with one checker. I hate that I have to walk into the store and wait for an available checker but it’s the closest thing to my house. The quality of the store has so lowered in expectations in the past years I’m expecting them to close them all. all the ones in Tulsa are pretty much the same. It’s so frustrating. There is either no product in the store or an overflow of products Still waiting to be put on the floor that are boxed up and you can’t get anything. Very frustrating when you need something.
