I used to love shopping at this store. But lately it's gone down hill. Staffing shortages, unorganized and messy, nasty staff. I went in on Saturday afternoon. I would have left before cashing out but I was in an extreme hurry. The cashier is a person that goes by Debra Hunter, but actual legal first name is Henry. this person smelled before we even got to the register. Their clothes were dirty, wrinkled, untucked. Their hair was a greasy, stringy hot mess like they hadn't bathed in months. It was disgusting and set a bad example for the other employees and made the store look bad. I won't be back to that store ever.

Had the worst experience ever at this location. The manager and assistant manager are a joke and rude as hell. Call to voice my opinion and got talked to like I was a piece of crap and than hung up on me when I told her there was no need to be rude with a customer. I will never shop at this location ever again.

I had got some balloons for my daughter party they wouldn't hold air. The manager she was wonderful! She fixed it right away without a problem. And even said to my autistic daughter happy birthday!

Every time I have been to this store they either are closed an hour early or open up an hour late. They never have anything stocked it's absolutely a filthy cesspool of disgusting in there. It is the closest to my house which is why I try and give them a chance but every time it's just disappointing.. You need new management because whom ever is running it now is just completely incompetent.
