Parking can be difficult but facilities are immaculate, staff are friendly and patient, and patrons are refreshingly courteous.

Having a safer traditional sauna, as opposed to the risks of infrared sauna, is my favorite thing about Tulsa YMCA.However, the sauna at the downtown location definitely needs to be cleaned regularly.

Stopped in from out of town to find a surprisingly well equipped and very clean gym. It has 3 floors and plenty of cardio options. Weight room space is admittedly small with only 1 bench press available but it was not an issue, even during the lunch rush of members. Employees were beyond kind and helpful. Great gym! Also, day pass is only $10!

I LOVE the Y, but because of the density of people in Downtown and surrounding areas this YMCA is crowded. Most people get off work 4-5 and because of 8pm close time everyone works out at the same time(no one wants to workout during dinner time. Sometimes it’s impossible to workout as all the machines get taken. None of my friends will join either because of the hours. If they even extended it until 10pm it would be a much more accessible gym as many people would realize they don’t HAVE to workout right after workout and can instead go after mealtime, but right now it’s just not practical. Downtown and surrounding areas are growing, the Y should and could accommodate!

My husband and I have been going to this YMCA since August of 2022. We love everything about it. The locker rooms are large and very nice. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful.

Best gym ever! My fiance and I started last week and we have enjoyed the equipment, and different locations in Tulsa. The staff is friendly and the fitness center is clean.It's usually not busy and quite private.

This gym is where I go regularly. Always pleasant staff and most even know me by name. I appreciate their candor and politeness on gym etiquette and notifications. Really, really, really worth every dollar for membership to this place. (thought they could use some more stationary bikes up stairs, but I wont hold that against them!)

Could be described as downtown Tulsa's 'hidden gym'. Going for years. Within walking distance to apartments and every downtown office. Staff has always been professional and the gym is as clean as you'd want one to be. Love the hot tub and sauna after a lift.

My friend and I just walked out of this YMCA location because of how rude & discriminative the guy who is working at the front desk today. I am a black male and my friend is not. As soon as we walked inside the guy ONLY acknowledged my friend, never saying anything to me. I was curious about the size of the gym so I asked the gentleman were there more floors. He goes on to direct his attention towards my friend to answer the question I asked him. He doesn't even acknowledge again. We were going to each pay $10 for a day pass but I was not going to give an a****** like that my money. And, whomever oversees that gym should reconsider that gentleman's future employment there. I am sure that kind of behavior is not what the YMCA stands for.

It's just a very laid back environment in the gym. Nobody is judging and keep to themselves, The people & employees are nice. They have a really nice hot tub which is a big plus after a workout. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't have parking. So sometimes the parking spots that around the gym are full & if they are not full You still have to have to pay for parking 8:00AM-9:00PM I believe.

Great Gym with Convenient locations for easy access during work and home. Pools, Hot tubs, Saunas, and classes all availble as well.
