I have taken a lot of my late husbands items to the Echo Man. Very pleased with the checks I received from them selling the items. They have some very high end items. They also have full time security guards. But, they are very friendly.

My absolute go to for quality gently used goods. Have been going there for years, the staff are always friendly, professional, and always very classy.

They have become increasingly difficult to consign items with.. needing an appointment 2-3 weeks ahead to even drop items by… always enjoyed working with them in the past but as a previous consigner you should be able to bring items by… I trust them enough that they could check the items in when they have time.

First time there, nice, large assortment of clothes to choose from. Really setup well with the Men's, and Women's stores side by side, great, friendly staff to help you out ?

What you've written here is incorrect. There are four reviews on your site and two mention your staff being rude. Curious isn't it? No request was made by me to speak to anyone else. In fact, the person your employee identified as the owner left the store after thanking Tina and taking something off the shelf behind the counter. When I mentioned the ownership, your employee said "he just left." (I believe the package you took on the way out to the left behind the counter had a number on it and was wrapped on some white material.) Your employee couldn't ask if I wanted to speak to someone had left the store, could she? There was no mention or request for a manager. To be factual, I spoke to Maria before bringing items in, there was absolutely no mention of looking at a website before coming in. I am happy to call you at the shop and discuss with you Mike or Jack or whatever name you use on Yelp and email. I'm sure the truth of of the matter can be known. When are you available? Then we'll post the results here. Good? No call?

I got a scammed on Wednesday 3rd August at 8.29am (Adelaide, Australia time zone) someone using my card to pay to this company $250 USD. Could someone please contact me and explain what is happening? Do you even get the signature of the person who pay the goods? Please dispute this transaction.

Great store. Some employees are a little withdrawal towards people of color, I don't think the store owner knows about the behavior of his or her employees. I hope not!

Our first visit to Echo Man was today, We found this store to have great customer service, & very organized. Maria was very helpful and made my husband’s shopping enjoyable, and the Ladies side of the Store was the same. We will be back & recommend to others!

I appreciate the system they have - very orderly, sorted by size, color, function ("sport shirts", "dress shirts", "knits"...) and a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE inventory. The price of an item is marked down if unsold after 60 days, and then again, and again... great for us shoppers!

My husband makes fun of the fact that I love to shop at consignment stores. He doesn't get the point and would much rather go to a department store. However, he sure doesn't complain when I bring home a brand new brooks brothers shirt for $30 or some very gently used Ralph Lauren button downs for $22. The selection here is always changing and revolving which Is great. They have everything you can think of from sportscoats, athletic wear, dress shoes, dress shirts, etc. You name it they have it and organized by size AND color in some areas which is even a more of a plus! The prices here are great and they have sale prices marked in green mixed in. You sort of have to "dig" but not necessarily dig because this place isn't cluttered whatsoever. If you're wanting great second hand clothes that are affordably priced and wonderful designer brands this is your spot!

1st time here. Good selection and honestly not a bad price. Found it hard to find pants in my length, but they had a great selection of tops (button ups and knits) that I could wear to work.

I've shopped at Echo Man for 20 + years. Until recently it's been a pleasant experience. It seems for the last 6 months to a year the store has begun to employ a series of unprofessional security officers. They routinely eye you down from the moment you walk into the establishment and continue to move in a ridiculous strategic like manner while watching every move you make. The shop is so small and usually not very busy so the security guy looks ridiculous trying to be inconspicuous. I find it insulting and have decided to shop elsewhere. The cashier staff is not very friendly while you shop but tries to turn on the charm when you go to the counter to make a purchase. It's a ' Resale' shop and they act as if they're Tiffany's with this entire routine. If you don't mind being profiled and degraded then you might find the experience worth the hassle.
