This is the absolute worst store I've ever been in!! All the workers are rude if you ask for help, And I interrupted one of their texting sessions on their telephone (while they should be working) she she was standing in the area I needed help in and told me it wasn't her area... I guess when she's on her phone texting someone anything's her area!! Is the ghetto store, and should be regulated!!

Worst Wally World in all of Tulsa. Took them 2.5 hours to do a simple oil change. Cashier became frustrated when she had to get a translator for the Spanish speaking man ahead of me in line. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

BEWARE SHOPPING AT WALMART!!!! With inflation spiraling and goods hard to find, this weekend I received a reminder of why u can't trust big box retailers in general and DEF can't trust Walmart in specific. I shop at Walmarts across the country, they're pretty much everywhere and for the most part have what u might need while traveling or in an emergency. Generally at home tho, I try and shop elsewhere. This weekend tho it was 100° outside and it was easier to go grab a few things at Ghettomart down the street. Picked up 3 6pks of V8 that I drink, looked at the price (which was $4.68 a 6pk) and headed to checkout. Having to use self check because there was only 1 cashier working in the checkout area, I was disappointed but not surprised that the V8 rang up at $5.14. This is a standard Walmart practice, to post one price by the item and then have it ring up different at checkout. They count on A) either u not noticing or B) having a HUGE crowd at customer service thus discouraging u from standing in line to get a few cents back. Corporate scumbag behavior at its most typical. Fortunately for me there was no line at customer service and I could get the almost $1.50 they attempted to steal back. This has not been an isolated incident at one crappy store. I can say I have experienced the same thing at Walmarts across the country. With prices as high as they are there is NO EXCUSE for this corporate chicanery to steal even more from their customers. Look at ur receipts before u leave ANY big retailer but DEF check any u get from Walmart.

The customer service man was rude!! My husband was trying to exchange 3 pkgs size Med Depends for size large ( I am in a wheelchair and have gained weight) He had bought them a while back and we just wanted an exchange! The man was rude! Talked indirectly to me and told me couldn't do it for over $25. Okay. "Please do one." We can't break up a set was his reply all the while looking at someone else and talking to me out of the side of his mouth. Just dismissed me. I have shopped there for many a year and spent thousands of dollars and I am DONE. They have gone downhill and continue to spiral with their rude service and employees that don't seem to care that you are the one they are supposed to be serving . It is farther to travel, but Target will get our business from now on. We are done!!!!

Disgusting Walmart! Was so filthy! Workers were rude. I asked this male worker where an item was and he ignored me until I asked him a second time and he responded. Next, I went into the restroom bad idea, but I had to go. The first stall was in bad shape, the toilet paper holder was all banged up. There was feces all over the last stall. There was a Walmart worker in the yellow coat in the stall watching videos loudly, she gets out of the stall and continues watching videos on her phone by the sinks. She don't notice the dirty restroom?

I will never shop at this store again, I was treated like I had a disease because I was a causation male. The girl that waited on me was a person of color. I was checking out in the self check out and the hand held scanner didn't work. I looked at the attendant and told her that it didn't scan my items. I had a 50lb bag of dog food in my basket. She just looked at me but said nothing,I have bad shoulders so lugging the bag on that scanner bed wasn't easy. I didn't except her to lug it for me but I expected at least a response from her. After I finally got the bag scanned, I turned around and found that she was helping another person that was Latino. I felt like I didn't matter to this person because i am white.

A zero is not given as an option. My wife entered the store at about 9:15am on May 12, 2021, we were rudely greeted by two female so called "greeters" who said we had to have face coverings to enter the store. I argued that I had shopped there before once Tulsa's mask mandate had expired on April 30. They said that Walmart is a private company and it is company policy. I said that if that is the case it should be enforced universally. They had just assisted a woman in front of us get a shopping basket who was wearing no mask. We observed several people throughout the store without masks including 4 Walmart employees with masks pulled down below their chins. As we were leaving, they were again helping a customer with no mask get a shopping basket. This had always been of store of choice in Tulsa but no more.

Bb today, 12/31/20 at 12:50 PM, I presented payment for my qualifying United Healthcare OTC healthy benefits plus purchase and was told by the cashier that "we don't except digital scans". The healthy benefits plus payment system is a barcode within the United Healthcare app, which partners hand-in-hand with Walmart. This woman, after I asked how long that's been the policy since in the last 30 days I had twice used my benefits allotment in exactly this store in this manner, informed me "well I'm a supervisor so I know what I'm talking about". Well, this supervisor just denied me my insurance benefits which has a lot, a lot more implication legally than just an unhappy customer... This isn't my only negative experience but it is the most recent. Good luck if you're doomed to use this Walmart.

If I could give them a ZERO I so would. Their PICKUP service is supposed to a quick and super easy process. I have been waiting for an hour to pick up a stupid lamp and yet, after asking three people for help no one has showed up to give my item. I so frustrated and pissed off because I have somewhere to be. Do not use this Walmart's pickup service, it's the worst!!!!

I understand we are going through something. The corona virus is serious so when we decide to get out and buy something like I did to get some hair products it would have been nice to be notified via email of the hours changed for the second time. A simple email for the members, people with accounts would be nice. But it went from 12 to 11 to a drastic closing at 8pm.
