This is my mother's pharmacy and they are always so wonderful with us we do require a lot of special attention she is 80 years old and take several medication's they have been patient and kind and always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of I highly recommend them

THIS PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE. A family member is in icu for a hit and run and they refused to let the father see any footage. The response even given to us in a time like this was rude, nasty and they tried to put their hands on us. Couldn’t even get a call or email back from the owner. Terrible treatment for a family that is hurting. This private owned business is disgusting!!!! SHAME ON YOU!

The store part of this place is so cute and the fudge is very yummy and the girls up front are so sweet. The pharmacy part... Not so much. They closed the old location so I tried the new location out. The "Manager" Courtney immediately started speaking to me rudely. She has no idea what she's doing and the fact she is in a position to control people's medication is scary. I was very polite to her all while she spoke and had the demeanor of an angry 15 year old girl to me. She couldn't/wouldn't answer any of my questions and did nothing to try and be helpful what so ever. It's people like her that make an entire work place sour. I won't be returning. Such a shame too because it's such a cute little store with a pharmacy but it's not worth it to come in and be treated like garbage for no reason. And it's dangerous to play games with people's medication. It makes me wonder how many customers she has ran off.

Lost my business forever after nearly 8 years. They closed one location two miles away and this location refuses to accept our insurance even though the other location has accepted it for 8+ years. Obviously no care given to customer service, it’s a greedy money hungry company that I refuse to support ever again. Stay away and don’t ever do business with them. Don’t waste your time or money.

i had a doctors appointment on monday and they wanted me to start taking a medication ASAP so they sent my prescription to the closest pharmacy which was unfortunately here. They claim they never received my prescription so I told them my doctor needs them to call her and 5 days later they never called my doctor they still dont have my prescription and ive been contacting them and / or physically going to the store every day. This is terrible and I’m only getting worse all they have to freaking do is call my doctor. I wonder how many patients that dont get their medicine because of this place, they DO NOT care about patients.

The unbelievable lack of communication and training is absolutely unacceptable! The horrible things that have happened to me at this pharmacy on multiple occasions they should not even be open. I have filed an official complaint. I think three strikes is more than enough opportunity to get it right. Should have been one and done here. Take your business elsewhere especially if it's a life or death medication!!

Up until today, I’ve had my Rx on auto refill but hadn’t received the text that it was ready. So I phoned them to figure out what had happened. It was a female pharmacist and she was very short and said “well do you want to refill it?” I said yes of course, but what I don’t understand is why it wasn’t automatically refilled? She said “well it’s not on auto refill” and I politely replied it has been since I first submitted it years ago. She said well it’s not but I’ll put it on auto refill and hung up! So rude! So whomever was working 4/2/21 in the 1300 hour, you need to work on your customer service or avoid the phones and maybe let your staff take care of that for you! I hope you and your superiors read this, I’m pretty sure this type of behavior is NOT what your company stands for!

I had an awful experience getting my COVID vaccine. The worst part was the info they put on my vaccination card was inaccurate - it was a sticker with the wrong date and location. I called and was literally cussed at when I requested a new one with accurate info. They sent me to the corporate office, and the lady profusely apologized and promised to send a corrected card. When I finally got it, she had listed my birthdate as June 2021. So according to my vaccination record, I'm not even born yet. If they can't even get a simple date right, I certainly wouldn't trust them to fill prescriptions...
