EcoSmoke has a very friendly staff, biggest selection of juice regular and salts, best prices I’ve found in Tulsa and the bonus is they open a hour before everybody else. If you haven’t shopped there you need to.

On October 5th, 2023, I purchased the Aarhus Pro from a store, enticed by its touted auto draw feature that eliminates the need for a button press. However, just two days later, on October 7th, the device stopped working on the a you to draw. Frustrated, I contacted the store for assistance, only to be met with an explanation that this issue was common with the product.They assured me that if I brought it to the store, they would examine the settings and replace it since I had purchased it a mere three days ago. Trusting their word, despite living 13 miles away, I made the trip to the store. Much to my dismay, upon reaching the store, they informed me that the device was still functioning, albeit not as intended by the manufacturer. Therefore, they refused to exchange or refund it.As a long-standing customer who has never encountered such issues with this store before, I was deeply disappointed. It is perplexing that they would knowingly sell a product with a known defect. Furthermore, their unwillingness to honor their promises and provide proper customer service is disheartening.Most reputable stores typically offer a minimum 30-day exchange policy for faulty items, but this particular location doesn't seem to uphold such standards. The lack of warranty coverage and their unwillingness to rectify the situation are major letdowns.I have informed the store of my intention to report them to the Better Business Bureau, as this experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I will not be returning to this store in the future. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and honor their commitments.
