I also did not have a great experience. Ordered a fruit mug and baked goods for my mother-in-law at a good price ($78) and had it delivered the day before Valentine’s Day, which was not a peak day. Since I’m big on service, I asked how it looked and was. She loved the surprise but the display was less than impressive…had very little fruit and the cut outs were poorly done. Frankly, I could’ve done this better. She did NOT receive the add-on baked items, and I’ve left 2 messages with not even a “we apologize” call back. I’m going to work my way up the chain calling because to me this was a complete rip off. I don’t recommend the Peoria location in Tulsa, but it looks like probably due to these issues that’s the only survived location in town.

I Went To This Location Last Night At The Last Minute The Lady Stayed Open For Me Gave Me 2 Arrangements She Was So Sweet I Greatly Appreciate Everything She Did Highly Recommend!!!!!!!

For the cost of most of their products their customer service experience is horrible. I had purchased a product and paid for delivery, I had to call the store 5 times to make some changes on the delivery. They were super rude over the phone. Basically told me they cannot change the delivery address. So I had to drive across town for pick up. Once arrived the girl at the register had a mad face the whole time, did not greet me, or even seem to care I was there for a pick up of an item that cost $100+. For the amount of money spent, I did not feel valued as a customer, had horrible customer service over the phone and in person. Will never be doing business again where the employees are rude and don't seem to care about the clients.

If I could give this location less than a 1-star review, I would. I placed an order via website for an arrangement to be crafted and delivered for Valentines day. The recipient received a phone call(surprise was ruined at this point) and because she obviously had no idea of the delivery, she assumed it was spam. The delivery was then marked as "delivered" with NO OPTION to contact the driver or even local store. NEVER AGAIN WITH EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS.

Ordered my Granddaughter a dozen chocolate strawberries… they were very small and the stems were horrible and one of them had a long blonde hair on it…. The entire box was over $50 and they looked absolutely horrible!! Please look at your other before you leave!!

I on-line ordered a specific package Available for 1-Hour DeliveryCharming Cheesecake & Roses BundleOne Size$59.99Pre-order now for 12/27 and beyond!""and did NOT get anything the package entailed.. I got excuses in not having "roses"?and didn't have the specific vase customized upcharge and also didn't have the box package delivery setup another customized upcharge as mentioned within the price... But I still get to... Pay for what I DIDN'T order.. whilst all the while having all my contact info and refusing to contact ME first for plausible options but have them decide what I'm getting instead because, you know.. it had already been paid for and delivered "oops", we are sorry". I will also not contact anyone to follow up or provide additional info as it shouldn't have happened in the first place with people spending their hard earned money and time to have people take that and spit in their faces.

I received the most sorry excuse for a fruit bouquet I've ever seen. The size I received was so much smaller than the large size I ordered--and I'm not just being a snobby fruit queen about that. Comparing the fruit count in the photos, I received 6 of 10 pineapple, 1 of 14 strawberries, 6 of 18 cantaloupe, 8 of 15 honeydew, and 0 of 4 grape skewers.The DAD pineapple are invisible and they were the sole reason for ordering a honeydew/cantaloupe bouquet.I also somehow ended up with the gnarliest looking flower instead of stars. I guess it was too much work for the designer to cut stars for me. It was also too much of my hourly work pay to trade for this mess of fruit. This was so embarrassing. I got a good cry in over it though, so thanks for that I guess, Edible; earned you an extra star. I do wish you'd respond to my customer service requests though.Attached is a beautiful image of my extremely expensive "large" sized arrangement.

Placed order for a very special birthday i’ve always loved edible arrangements. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t take pride in their work and doesn’t hold a candle to what I have sent before. I added on balloons and cupcakes to what was supposed to be a beautiful arrangement, which looks like a bunch of dunked fruit on a paper plate and she didn’t receive the add ons. Luckily, she loved it but I know what it was supposed to be and it should’ve been so much better.

NEVER RECEIVED ARRANGEMENT. Tried ordering online and it wouldn’t let me. So I called and they said the store closest to my moms house in broken arrow was being absorbed. She said they would deliver there. May 5,I ordered for an early Mother’s Day gift the Saturday before. She goes to church on Sunday. I called about 10 times and only option was to leave voicemails. I left about 3. They had my number and my moms number. So embarrassed now because I wanted my mom to have a nice treat and I look stupid. Luckily my moms super understanding.

I have always loved edible arrangements however I am super disappointed now. I placed 2 orders 1 for my daughter and she loves the bananas and my mom loves the pineapples. I placed the order over a week ago. Was supposed to pick up my daughter's on Friday but they called me Thursday to let me know that they did not have any bananas. Was told that the pineapples were no problem. I was due to pick up the pineapple on Sat but when I got there they then told me that they did not have pineapples either. They gave me 12 count Strawberries that looked nastier than the good strawberries at Wal-Mart. Seriously and this is the only store in OK?! This is bs. I used to get my fruit from the 91st store but they are no longer. Very very sad.

If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that. Ordered in plenty of time for a special bday. Never was delivered, emailed once, called and left messages twice, was never acknowledged. They did however manage to charge my CC the 75.00. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t try to make it right, no explanation, no remedy. Just a very poorly ran business.

PRODUCT DELIVERED NEXT DAY WITH NO CALL TO ME THE PURCHASER. * PRODUCT DELIVERED NEXT DAY WITH PHONE CALL TO MY MOM AND NOT ME AT ALL. No one has returned ANY phone calls for no delivery on the date requested. Ordered Mother's Day arrangement May 5. Was told the store closest to my moms house in Broken Arrow was being absorbed. So they would deliver there. The lady was pleasant. I received an email,card was charged. I wanted it delivered the day before Mother's Day since she'd be in church on Mother's Day. I thought everything would go well until time started ticking away. I called about 10 times and no one answered the phone. I left 3 or 4 voicemails and the option 1 to check on order on one phone number for the store off google did nothing. The number off my email receipt would at least let me here that my order was being allegedly made. Ordered $154 worth of stuff. ZERO product got delivered to my mom for early Mother's Day gift. They have MY phone number AND hers. So embarrassing. Was trying to do something nice since I live so far away from her. Luckily she understood. . .

I am 62 years old bought plant of valentines products during the past years this by far the worst experience I ever had flew here from California to spend time with my new grand daughter and my daughter for our Valentines together with no baloons or strawberries now you explain that to my daughter I will never use this company again. William ortiz your company should be ashamed of its company.
