Drove by and we couldn't find it. I believe they moved or no longer in business.

Defrauded a veteran, failed to deliver to the correct address, terrible call center and rude. Could care less! Don’t order from them!

Placed an order over $50 on May 6th, to arrive on May 15th. On the day of the scheduled de date, there was practically radio silence. I was will to wait because the delivery policy says that delivery times go up to 9pm. I don't know how that works if the store closes at 7pm but by the time it was 10pm, there was still no sign or update on my order. The next day, I called 3 times from about 8:40 to 1:00pm, and there was no answer for any of them. I'd understand if they were busy, but the fact that I've heard literally nothing about my late order or got no heads-up that my order was going to be late is highly unprofessional. Please reconsider buying from this location if you're buying for a special event or a specific date.

When family out of town want to send a special gift to those they care about they usually don't want gifts being delivered to cause frustration as well as damage to their property. We all are humans and being humans means that accidents happen however adult, honest people take accountability and act responsibly to take care of things after accidents happen. This company is known nationwide however this Tulsa location is NOT responsible or honest in their actions. My uncle very sweetly sent his sister a gift from Edible Arrangements in December 2022 and now in April 2023 the property damage that happened has still not been taken care of. Their driveway has/had 2 brick retaining walls on each side, there is now only 1 as the delivery driver knocked down 1. The driver admitted their fault when it happened, the company originally apologized and stated they would take care of it. My mother and stepfather looked to get estimates and then the company stated they weren't paying for the replacement as the damage was the responsibility of the driver. The delivery driver's insurance is refusing to pay for the damage as well. Accidents happen, choosing to be irresponsible and dishonest is purely a choice. I said earlier in my review, this company is known nationwide, I would suggest to you perhaps you should truly shop locally. The sweet intentions of my uncle has turned in a giant mess for my mother and stepfather purely because this company is not honest or responsible.

Ordered a fruit bouquet yesterday at about 2 p.m. (not sure from which location in Tulsa) for my granddaughter-in-law's birthday. Worker had a little trouble with the order but was trying his hardest to be most helpful and was very apologetic that it took a little while to complete the order over the phone. Birthday girl texted me a thank you about 4:15 p.m. that same day and said it was delivered about 30 minutes prior. She also said it was very "yummy!" Glad I made the decision to send this instead of flowers or money.

The order was placed for next day delivery. It wasn’t received until after 6 pm and I had to call several times to make sure they were even fulfilling the order as it didn’t update online. Once the person received the order she stated that it was beautifully arranged but every single chocolate strawberry was rotten underneath. This was so embarrassing. What a waste of 100.00!

This place sucks!! They charged my card and was supposed to deliver by 5 pm. We didn't leave our business until after 5pm waiting on them and they charged my card full price before delivery away to rip people off!!! I would give them -5 stars if I could!! Then they wouldn't even talk to me on the phone!!

So I ordered roses on 2/27/23 for our anniversary and put a pickup date of 3/1/23. On 2/27/23 that evening, riding in my vehicle I got a phone call so I answered it on speaker, with my wife in the car, and the lady on the other end without saying anything but "Hi, just wondering when you're going to come in and get your roses?" As mad as I was for her ruining my surprise, I told her calmly to look at the pickup date of 3/1/23 and she said "Oh yeah, sorry, see you then". So, I just want to thank Edible Arrangements for completely ruining my surprise.

I placed an order for my friend's birthday for same-day delivery at 12:30pm on March 3 and was told that the deliveries are usually made till 9PM. So, my friend waited till 10PM that night with no news of the delivery. No one even bothered to call to let either of us know that they couldn't make it that day. I mean, I understand stuff happens sometimes, but it was very unprofessional of them to not let us know that they had an issue with their driver and couldn't finish the delivery the same day. Instead, they waited until I called to check the following day and then told us about the situation. However, they tried delivering the next day and no one were home. Finally, I had to tell my friend to pick it up from the store the 3rd day. The lady said she remade the order freshly and then when I checked the order it didn't have all the things I had chosen and paid for, and the lady who was taking care of it was all over the place. The experience was not at all good, but I gave them 2 stars for their effort. They added some flowers to the order and waived the delivery fee and the missing item charge. My suggestion for this location--Please arrange for the order to be picked up instead of opting for delivery, if you want it the same day.

I stopped without calling first to get a dozen choc covered fruit. The lady that was there was SO NICE she said it would be about 20 minutes and then enticed me with a 5.00 piece of Cheesecake with a dipped strawberry! Waiting tasted very good! I love the store on 91st in Tulsa.

I love ordering from there and their fruit is amazing. I always have a great experience with them but this last time they messed up on my order, so I spoke with the manager Dolton and he so took care of me and made it right and made me feel appreciated. So thank you Dolton for taking care of me . I will continue to do business with them , and will tell my friends and family to do the same …Dolton I will give him a 5 star !!!

One star for the product/delivery, the other 2 were for the service I received after messaging corporate on Facebook. Out of state, ordered online in advance to be delivered Christmas Eve to my near-to-them parents. My parents were expecting their gift and, nothing. The arrangement showed up on Christmas Day, but not the additional item I purchased. I was fully refunded (that’s the 2 stars). I’m hoping this was a one-time holiday busyness related issue and will try again next time I need to send something. My parents are elderly and really enjoy Edible Arrangements for the delightful appearance and practicality of a few breakfasts’ worth of fruit.

Honestly Tulsa edible Arrangements sucked. They brought the wrong bouquet and then had to drive back to the office and get the right one. It totally killed the vibe and experience. I feel like I wasted $100.
