Was good the first time I applied but renewal was not good. I paid them to take care of everything. Paid the state and the state denied my appl so I called the elevate and they said for me to call and find out what they wanted. I assumed they would do it since I paid them The state still has not approved it yet. I could have done it myself for $22 but I paid elevate $124 on top of it. First time was good but renew yourself and save money.

I went to this place last year with no problem and felt comfortable with everything however this year it was an absolute nightmare. I am used to paying one fee one place and having it done I had no idea they were two separate deals anyway long story short after a whole bunch of trouble they told me I was a month early and would have to wait for them to process it however they were quick to take my payment and later on that would bite me in the butt because when I tried to get help from customer service they told me I should have paid the state first no one said a word to me they just said everything was taken care of and it was all done and I trusted that but I checked today just to make sure and I'm really glad I did between not getting the right help from the customer service and everything I went through I guarantee you I will not be back next year I was giving the runaround instead of being helped correctly

Rose was very helpful with everything and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend elevate holistics if you want to get your med card for cheap

Jenny was great, and so was Dr. Jones, but "Aspen" was really rude and pulled one of those "like I said" attitudes with me. What was on the way to being the best experience was ruined by lousy customer service.Just edited it down to 1 star because Jenny made excuses for Aspen, claiming I misinterpreted the tone because it was via text. No, there were actual words said that were condescending and rude. There was no "tone" to misinterpret. Jesus, take some accountability.

I had my appt yesterday day and I still have yet to see an email. I have lupus and was approved for my renewal and I have to take my proof into my p.o. this morning n haven’t heard anything. I swear to Jesus if I get in trouble for not having that registration I’m gonna flip!!! I’ve read several bad reviews about this place after I trusted them so I’m really hoping that I just didn’t get scammed. Single mother just trying to get by cannot afford to lose the money that I spent. Will change my review when I get what I paid for and wht I deserve. They need to get it together if this is a legit place.

Excellent customer service. Dr. Ritzen was amazing and professional. She even confirmed the I was looking at the correct treatments for my issues. Highly recommend! I received everything I needed and all my questions were answered. Thank you!

The doctor didn't fill out all of the information for the caregiver license causing it to be rejected. Hopefully they can get this issue resolved so other patients and their caregivers don't have to deal with this headache.
