I needed a rental while my vehicle was at the repair shop. I had the rental for more than 2 months. The team at Enterprise took really good care of me.

Pretty simple review.I was offered an Enterprise rental car through my insurance company after I was hit by another driver and my car needed repairs. Upon returning the car, Enterprise found a paint scratch that must have happened in a parking lot that I hadn't noticed. This Enterprise location billed $1,377.24 (which is more than the amount the garage billed for the structural repairs for my damaged car) for the paint scratch.The process with their damage department included endless emails, sent after midnight each time, that never acknowledged any of my responses and threatened collections even after I'd settled the debt.

First, they gave me a vehicle with a battery issue, I had to get a jump 3 times just to get it back to them for them to give me another vehicle. Then they said I went through a toll which I didn't. Still hassling with them over that one.

The most disgusting rental cars I've ever seen. You can see the filth in the pictures and yes that's burn holes in the back seat. There's no excuse. It wasn't even what I reserved to rent. Thank God Hertz knows how to maintain a car.

I had the worst experience from a guy named Philip. I had to return a car and he didn’t even know I was returning the car.( was supposed to return it in Dallas). I changed my mind and asked to keep the car instead, and he said the car was reserved to somebody else. I asked how's that even possible and he said that's the policy. I asked him how he reserved the car without knowing that I would return it and he gave me a bad attitude and said " whatever you can take it and do whatever you want with it." Nonsense!

I had a great first rental experience here. The car was clean and in good condition. When I went to pick it up I actually was charged less than what my quote was on the app. We returned early and I assumed the price would still be the same but we actually got money back for it which made our total so much lower than expected, which was nice. I would definitely choose to use Enterprise and this location again!

I had reserved a car from this spot to use while my car was being repaired. I made the reservation about a week in advance so I called the Friday before I was to pick up the car (I was to pick up the car on Monday). Enterprise assured me they'd have a car waiting for me when I showed up. I spoke with the insurance company upon the reservation as well to make sure everything was kosher and they assured me they showed a reservation in the Enterprise system for me and had made arrangements to pay. I spoke with the insurance folks again that Friday and they again checked and said Enterprise lists that they will have a car for me and have received payment information from the insurance company. When I show up on Monday, Enterprise had no record of any phone calls to them or of the insurance company contacting them at all, which was very convenient as they had zero cars available until much later in the week. The person I spoke with at this store did his level best to gaslight me and try to make me think this was my fault. I'm glad I saved my receipts to prove I called and that the insurance company did as well. Tl;dr even if you follow all of their instructions and have a reservation with payment on file, do not expect a car when you show up. Do expect to be treated poorly and gaslighted by unconcerned, dismissive staff.

Spoke to the manager of the location and I have never spoken to anyone so rude and unprofessional in my life. Worst customer service ever. Will never do business with enterprise ever again.

Be careful, lots of undisclosed polices that they won't mention until you arrive to get your car. Also, customer service was way less than the normal Enterprise standard. I'm entirely disappointed with my interaction. I hope that they aren't as awful to the next guy.

4th time I've tried to rent from enterprise. 4th time I've walked home with no rental due to unprofessional treatment of my reservations for a 9 day rental. Will NOT attempt to rent here again ever. ONE option for payment ONE attempt then 24 hrs before you can even try again. This is unacceptable and has destroyed my plans. Thanks for nothing again enterprise.
