Daniel and the entire enterprise team at south Harvard was WONDERFUL! They really treated me awesome after the trauma that I experienced from my mva. Daniel transported me to pick up my car and also helped transport items from the rental to my vehicle. Thank you guy's again!

It Is All Good, I Didn't Care For Not Being Able To Adjust The Rental Return Date And Time On The Confirmation Email! I Did Note It Can Be Done During Pickup Or By Calling In To A Representative!

There was definitely a lack of costumer service with the staff at this location. I wrote off the fact they did not have availability for a small vehicle. Understandable it happens. Returned the next day and the truck we scheduled was already rented out from under us. Zero calls to confirm or give other locations that may accommodate our needs. Just more and more gas money needed for bigger and then even bigger vehicle. The vehicle had black curly hair and an old curled up and dry french fry in a pocket of the truck. Miscarriaging with hormones I almost puked when i touched it. And the windshield fluid was not filled in the vehicle. Just prayed for rain to scrape highway bugs off our windsheild. Then having to scheduled a DC for the end of my time off to not miss more work. The hours closing too early for us to turn in early. And opening too late for what we needed. We parked the vehicle that morning at 6am since I will not be available to drive after a surgery. They open at 7:30am. The lady barked at my husband as he came to turn in keys before our rental time ended. Telling us we could not park there! It's your vehicle! we're scheduled to return the truck that day! Power trip, lack of compassion and straight disrespectful. There's also unlimited miles that we agreed, and a $300 deposit returned that magically turned into 56.65 return. Possibly for going over 2000 miles. We didn't. My husband tracked miles as soon as we left with 1600 miles. The office was accommodating and returned the remaining $243.35. But I shouldn't have to fight or double check a business work we agreed on. And I definitely don't need some sale associate to be disrespectful to my husband.

Ooooooweeee! I cannot say enough great things about this company. They go above & beyond to make sure your needs are met. Work well with insurance company. The location on Harvard. Answered all my questions & called me back. I even bought my car from the location at 41st and Sheridan - Crystal Lyle was totally amazingly Smart, Kind and Totally Awesome in making sure we got our car & even showed us how to operate the dash board. She went over & beyond - Thanks so much- Satisfied customer for sure!!!

Not good at all. Reserved a car and when I arrived, they said they didn't have it and only had vehicles that were more expensive. They would not cover the difference. In all other instances, the rental companies I've used have upgraded me for no cost, but this one required me to pay more, or walk out and find another option. Limited time left us scrambling, but the Avis/Budget on 71st and Lewis saved the day.

If I could give no stars I would. My insurance company set me up with a car here yesterday. They called and said there were no cars available and could get me one today. I'm driving my moms car here and trying to do the most to get here and then they move my appt from 130pm - 3pm. I needed a car yesterday. So I finally get here and she asked for my drivers license... it's a little cracked on the bottom but still in one piece and she told me she can't accept it. Everywhere else has accepted my ID. Court house, stores, dmv, etc. I really can't get a rental cause my valid ID is cracked? I'm just super upset and out of options now. They're never on time with their appointments and obviously can't work with you. I didn't know this makes me ineligible to get a rental. I'm so irritated.

I ordered a vehicle to be picked up at 7:30am for a business meeting. At 7:20am I receive a call that they have no vehicles in stock except for a pickup truck. They caused me to scramble last minute to find a vehicle somewhere else and be late to my meeting.The odd thing is that this is the 2nd time this has happened but last time no cars were available. In both cases, they showed vehicles available in all classes (Economy, compact, etc) on their website.Its 2023 and a national car rental company the size of Enterprise should have a functioning online reservation system that only shows actual cars available for actual pickup. I will not be renting from Enterprise again. Not reliable.
