Ive been to this location multiple times, to lots of the one star reviews, this isn't an airport rental location. You have to plan ahead to get a car from this location.
Ive always just showed up and picked the car I wanted before hand.
Transactions take a little longer also as its not like a airport where I can just go grab my car and leave, but it takes no longer than 10 minutes, never bothered me. simple pickup and drop-offs.

I live about two hours from this location and happened to be in town for work when I was involved in a serious car accident (which was not my fault). Unfortunately, my vehicle was rendered undriveable, so I had no choice but to rent a car.
I made a reservation for an SUV, and it was confirmed. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the specific vehicle I had reserved was unavailable. I was then offered either a smaller vehicle or a larger one. I chose the larger option, and as I was in the process of reviewing and loading into the vehicle, a man named Brent abruptly approached, took the tablet out of the representativeâs hands, and said, âHold on.â Without further explanation, he walked back inside, leaving both the representative and me confused.
When he returned, Brent informed me that there were no vehicles available at all. I was understandably confused and asked how that was possible when I had a confirmed reservation. He responded, quite dismissively, that it was because I had made the reservation only 20 minutes prior (which is not a valid reason for canceling a confirmed reservation in my opinion). His tone was incredibly rude and lacked any empathy or professionalism given my situation.
Brent made no effort to assist furtherâhe didnât offer to check other nearby locations or provide any alternatives. He simply repeated, âWe donât have any cars, maâam,â several times. I then asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not currently on-site and that I would need to wait for her to arrive. Since I couldnât wait, I requested her cell number or a business card. I was given a card, but the number directed me to the general call center, not a local manager.
Because of this frustrating and disrespectful experienceâparticularly Brentâs dismissive and unhelpful behaviorâI will no longer be doing business with Enterprise.

We were very pleased with Enterprise Car Rental on Memorial Drive in Tulsa. The employees went out of their way to meet our needs.

Terrible customer service and no rental provided. I arrived to pick up the confirmed rental, but when I arrived, I was told I had no reservation, and there was nothing available. The girl at the counter said I had attempted to make a reservation only that morning. This is false. I showed her my confirmation emails dated April 18, May 2, and the most recent one dated May 14, suggesting I check in for my rental that day at the Memorial location.
She had nothing to say, and nothing to offer. She reluctantly agreed to text another location to see if there were any rentals available. I ended up calling the Enterprise at 51st and Harvard myself, and they were able to provide a rental for me, however, I totally missed the graduation I was traveling to.
I cannot understand how I made a reservation, got several confirmation emails regarding that reservation, and then when I arrived to pick up the rental , there was no record of the reservation, nothing available, and no help offered.

Worst customer service possible they send you a text with a link to let them know if anything's wrong then they ignore you when you tell them. Complete lack of accountability nobody's in charge nobody's doing anything and the cars never get service. Definitely look somewhere else.

Brents helped me and he was honestly I havenât had that good of customer service in awhile and this is like one of many good reviews Iâve left we had a lil conversation about me starting my new job orientation when I went back to return their vehicle he asked me how was it I was shocked lol I actually was lost like huh now thatâs good customer service if I could give him 10 stars I wouldâve way to go Brents

This was a terrific rental company. When I picked it up, my car was ready for me, and when I returned, it was fast and easy. I will be using them again
