I set up my rental well in advance. My. At was supposed to be brought to me at 8:30 am. At 8:45 I tried calling and was not able to get through. At 9:15 I was n their location. It is 9:20 and I still don’t have a car. I am now late for work. I will never use enterprise again. There too many better options.

This is the Michael Jordan of enterprise car rentals. Jocelyn is great. She really help me out when I had a flat tire with the car and traded out the car temporarily I will now only be going to this location for my future rentals.

Terrible service!
Will not answer phone to discuss rental.
They ended up giving my only rental and means of transportation,because of bad business. They need better communications and accountability.

My truck went down and I needed a rental car quick and for an extended period of time. Enterprise rental, on 51st Street in Tulsa, really came through with a nice Nissan Altima. Great experience from pick up to drop off and I recommend them highly!

I was very pleased with the service and the car I rented. Jared and Basheba were very helpful and friendly. The pickup and return went very smoothly and I was very happy with the whole experience.
