Horrible experience! Bad rental and over charged!
My credit card is continuing to get charged for a bad rental whereas I had to pull over on highway and get swapped out for another but getting charged a deposit and gas for that and I should not be responsible for paying anything on that vehicle because it’s not my fault that vehicle wasnt inspected before putting it the lot. I abided by Enterprise’s rules and brought back the good rental on time, early my I add, full of gas and no damages so an additional deposit and gas charge should not have been charged to my card!

I was a claimant, as someone hit my parked car. Enterprise was very accommodating and able to provide me a rental, last minute; due to my busy work schedule. They were very professional and even gave me a ride to the body shop my car was at when returning the rental. Great customer service and very professional.

** Update, when we returned the car at the airport, a mgr was able to remove the $349 charge for returning it to a dif airport. I have just booked our annual trip to see family and chose a dif rental car company - hopefully it goes better.
Have had issues getting a military discount. Went in and was told to make a reservation online first. Did and returned to be told it would be added at the airport when we pick it up. At the airport we're told that the reservation has to be made through a specific website to get the discount. Gave up and took the rental. Then plans changed and we had to return it a day later at a different airport. The total went from $590 to over $1k. NEVER using them again. Calling customer service was of NO help either. Other companies have treated us waaay better.

We always have great service from the Tulsa, 101st and Mingo location. Michel S. made our pick up and return process extremely easy and quick. Our rental was clean and ready upon our arrival allowing us to keep our trip on schedule.

Reserved a Premium car. Got a Nissan Maxima that had bumper wrecked on both sides. Charges $14.95 service charge for 1 Toll.

Had a very disappointing time with Avis and everything fell apart. A roadblock ever turn. Then Laura was amazing, thank you so much. We will def only use this location again.

Booked through our Costco membership and showed up day of booking only for them to say that our reservation had been cancelled due to us not showing up to pickup at the time of booking we were under the impression based on our email that we had it scheduled for 12pm and they claimed they had called us multiple times leaving voicemails. We had 0 voicemails or missed calls from them.

Terrible enterprise location do not recommend them almost an hour late picking me up along with not answering their phone during that hour very unprofessional very unreliable. Do not recommend.
