I purchased an item to wear somewhere that's 3 hours away (driving). I asked the cashiers to ensure that the censors were off. Now it's morning and I come to discover the censors are on. FML! I'm going to attempt to go to TJ Maxx with the receipt to see if they can get the censors off but that's not a guarantee. They might assume I stole the damn item and trying to get the censors off at another store. This is going to be embarrassing and a big inconvenience to me. I'm already running behind schedule.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered an item and was given a return policy in writing that items could be returned in 60 days. Express is not upholding the written policy it provided, so be careful with any purchases made with this company.

I was very nervous when I came in on Monday because I needed an outfit for an important interview that I had coming up and had no clue what to buy. But aloura helped me find everything I needed and boosted my confidence while she was at it! Such a sweet girl, I’ve never had such great customer service.

I cannot express how much my experience made me want to go back. I went in on a time crunch and I was under so much pressure to find an outfit for a photoshoot. I haven't really shopped inside of a store in years. I have definitely gained weight from the last time I used to go shopping in person. The sales associate did not judge me or make me feel like I needed to go anywhere else when I would ask for a larger size. I really appreciated that. I felt very welcome, even when I had to try things on like a million times. They always asked if I was doing okay. Even when I went to return what we didn't wear for the photoshoot, I did not feel like anyone was making me feel bad during my return process. The quality is great! Customer Service was great! I will return.

Love the clothes here, but there is absolutely no customer service at this store. Every time I come in here I have zero help. Today was no different, except to add to it we were greeted at the register by disgust, as if the employee was mad that we had 10 items. Corporate needs to come in and make changes, management is not doing it.
