Everything was great. Clean and a good temperature. I was a fan when they started loudly playing music though. It seems to depend on the day how loud it is. It’s kinda overwhelming if you have to be there awhile. However it’s clean and secure and the office people are very nice.

My experience was terrible. I signed a contract with Prime storage and they raised the rate $50.00 a month. my account was never on line to pay my bill on line, and I did not have auto pay, but this company held onto my credit card numbers and took money out of my account. Every time I went to storage I had to call the main head quarters to get a passcode. NOTHING was easy or convenient about this place!

This is the BEST storage company around! Customer service is on point!! They move mountains to help you out, they are understanding and sympathetic to everyone’s needs. Would definitely rent from them again. 5 stars for sure !!

This place seemed great at first. However, over time it became worse and worse.
I planned on using this facility for much longer than I actually did. I started renting about a year ago. Since then I have been hit with (2) price increases and multiple “insurance” fees that cannot be refunded. By the time I moved out, my original rent was raised over 185% the original agreed rate. (Yes, it is allowed by the lease signed but the price increases happened much too often for my liking.)
The “insurance” fees are extremely frustrating because not only did I provide proof of insurance (required at this facility) but I had it uploaded to my account. However, even though I had the right documentation in place, this company still hit me with their insurance fees occasionally which were roughly $20 a month. Every time I disputed it and every time I was given the same (rude) response that there is nothing that can be done.
Beware this company does not prorate so if you sign a lease with them and move out early, your rent will not be prorated.
Some other things that frustrated me: I have used over five storage facilities in the past five years. Each one has a dumpster for tenant use. This one does too, until they decided it would be best to padlock the dumpster access and not give any tenants keys, rendering it useless for the tenants.
Their customer service online is not pleasant to work with. However I will say the people who I dealt with at the facility in person were always extremely nice.
Side note: when something like the garage door, office door, or bathroom become damaged, expect it to take a few months for repair.

After moving in, I get a very significant price increase, almost double. No where in my move in did I expect this. I'm sure as months continue, they will again raise prices which will cause me to cancel and move, not smart business.
