Great facility, kind staff, kiosk feature in store is nice, and I like the fact they have a drive up indoor garage for easy access to your unit. Beats having to move your belongings outdoors in the cold.

Gi-Gi did a great job getting us set up today. She showed us the unit to make sure it was big enough for what we needed. We ended up renting the unit. However, after only TWO months, we received notification that they were increasing our monthly rent by TWENTY dollars per month. So disappointed. Gi-Gi contacted us to see if she could assist with lowering the increase, but the damage was already done. Very disappointed in this storage facility and how they take care of their clients.

Very smooth and easy process getting signed up for a unit on the phone. Gigi in the tulsa location was very polite friendly and helpful. She made the process very efficient and even escorted me to my. Unit. Very clean facility. I highly recommend.

I have to say I’ve been to quite a few storage facilities in my time and I’m very pleased with prime. Their facilities are clean and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Raise their rates way too much and way too often, over 35 dollars in less than a year

Do not use this storage facility! They have doubled my rates over the period of one year and they lure you in by offering one month free and discounts. Read the small print on your contract and it states that they can raise the rates anytime without your consent. Additionally the overhead door and one set of sliding doors has been out of order for weeks! Also the office staff regularly leaves throughout the day during working hours so no one is there to answer questions or help.

Wow! Thank you PRIME for employing such a caring staff member! Gigi displayed kindness and didn’t rush me while showing the facility. She went out of her way for me today in the customer service area and it’s very appreciated.

Only a couple of months in but great experience so far! Initial set up was quick and easy. Rate is very competitive and facilities/storage unit are very clean. Highly recommend!
