Good customer service, safe and secure. AC in the summer. Loved the ability to drive into the large garage area. Plenty of carts to easily move items into the storage units. Will definitely do business with them again for any future storage needs.

Amazing customer service they are very much about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I was pleasantly surprised to have received this kind of care is hard to find these days but this office is 100% about happy customers ? my experience was absolutely above and beyond any storage facility I have dealt with. 5 STARS ⭐️ ALL THE WAY. This is the nicest storage unit we have ever had and the ease of being able to pick what you need online, pay and then receive your unit and gate code were beyond amazing!We didn't have to speak to anyone and when I needed to buy a lock from the front desk the lady was very nice and helpful.Our unit was clean when we got it and the space is exactly what we needed.Only drawback is the freight elevator is a normal sized elevator so if you over an oversized couch it won't fit but besides that they also provide carts for you to use which was great.

During my recent visit to Prime Storage, I had the pleasure of meeting Jay, who made my first experience with renting a storage unit truly exceptional. Initially, I believed a 5x10 unit would suffice for my needs, but thanks to Jay's expertise, I quickly realized that it would be too small. She expertly guided me in selecting the appropriate storage size, taking the time to personally show me the unit.Jay's friendly and knowledgeable demeanor left a lasting impression on me. Her exceptional customer service skills were evident throughout our interaction, and I was highly satisfied with the level of assistance she provided. In my opinion, Jay's outstanding performance warrants recognition, and I believe she deserves a well-deserved raise.Furthermore, I greatly appreciated Jay's thorough explanation of the contract details. She patiently went over the terms, ensuring that I fully understood every aspect. I was really impressed with my storage unit. It was truly a great value for this 5 x 15. I liked the ability to drive in to load/unload.The staff was very helpful in answering my questions. I particularly liked being shown how to enter the entry code, as well as being taking to my unit and shown how to use the lock needed.Well worth it.

Pros - Very nice storage. Indoor loading dock. Push carts ready to go.Cons - There is only 1 elevator. Which means if there are more than one customer with upstairs units, wait time!The elevator is too small as a “loading elevator”. Also the door be closing WAY TOO SOON. Literally closes under 2.5 seconds, 3 seconds MAX!! Needs at least twice if not 3 times the time to push things in, without fighting with the door too.

This facility is awesome! Great monthly rates, it’s all in doors(so less likely any theft will happen!) and lots of surveillance so I feel really safe storing my stuff here!

Just a Silletti was absolutely perfect. What I needed to store personal items and it was organized clean temperature controlled. Very nice if I ever needed to come back I wouldn’t hesitate to get another unit !!!!

Prime Storage has been nothing short of an excellent experience. From start to end, the process has been smooth and easy. Alan was the storefront personnel when I went in and he was excellent. Top class service who walked me around the facility and even assisted me on the day of move. Very happy to be using this facility and would recommend this to anyone! You won't be disappointed! A big thank you to Alan for his excellent customer service!

I stored all my household items from May 2022 to June 2023 at the 102nd Street location off Memorial. Initially, the facility was Extra Space Storage that supplied the right size storage, in a great indoor facility, at the fair price of $99 monthly. Prime Storage took over and immediately increased the monthly storage to $171. After some discussion, Prime Storage decreased it from $171 to $146, which was still a shocking 47% increase. It was too costly to move, especially not having an exact end date.The manager Alan was very attentive. The facility had reasonable access hours and was always clean. When I finally removed my items, I was pleased that they had remained secure, water/humidity free, and bug free. Overall, a great experience.

Today I checked in and reserved my storage unit. The process was quick and easy. Alan was great. He showed me around and was full of knowledge. I’m so glad I found this storage unit. I love it being inside and out of the weather!! I’m already a fan!!

Moving back to Tulsa .. 2 26 foot Uhauls and am so blessed that I found Jarrett and Alan . We were exhausted after 7 hour drive and doing it ourselves . Best storage company I have ever done business with . They made a difficult day a great one . Helpful , friendly, and professional . I highly recommend this storage facility !
