It is such a disappointment to see that in 2026 businesses can still get away with bait-and-switch, and huge a disappointment ESPECIALLY when you base your choice on reviews, only to find out you’ve been scammed. I was looking for storage and found this one for $80/mo for the first 4 months. You sign up with them not giving you any idea of how much it’s going to be after 4 months. They simply do not list it and you have to agree in order to sign up for one. When I tell you they DOUBLED the cost after the initial period, I am so serious.
I expected maybe $10-20 extra a month, but no, they doubled it. It is just unreal that this is legal in the first place. I can’t wait to find a different storage space and take my business elsewhere.

Decided to go into Extra Space Storage based on Great reviews and was greeted by Jake I explained what I was storing and I was undecided about which unit would be big enough He was very knowledgeable and took me to view a couple units and that helped me make my decision the facility was clean and had a pleasant aroma I love that they had elevators and carts to use if you wanted to rent a second story unit.
Jake was very polite, informative and went over everything about the unit, gate access, hours, deals on pricing and answered all of my questions I felt good vibes around him and felt that this is a storage that I can feel safe storing my belongings. I will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to my family and friends Thanks Jake for making my experience Awesome You rock!!!

We have rented a space here for about 2 years now. We rented and prepaid for 2 years, because we went out of the country and knew we would be back after 2 years. When we came back, the person in the local office told me they no longer rent for more than 6 months in advance, AND the price has increased by close to 50 percent!! So, now we have to look into alternate storage locations and spend extra money to move it all somewhere else. We are going out of country again, and need more than 6 months prepaid!
