Went in for two copies of a single page pdf in black and white. It cost me $3.35. Just two black and white standard sized docs????? Absurd pricing!! May never go back.

Great customer service!! I was in town for a soccer tournament and needed a couple cards printed and laminated quickly and they were able to get it done. Everyone was very friendly. Special shout out to Jaz for going above and beyond.

I went in here and asked if they could help me print something because I didn't want to use the self service station. The guy hands me a business card and tells me to send my stuff to an email address and proceeds to never talk to me again despite me standing there for 5 minutes with nobody else around.
So then I go to the self service station as I didn't seem to have any other options and all 3 employees behind the desk start loudly talking about how annoying it is to help customers with printing. What an incredibly unprofessional atmosphere. Like you work at FedEx lil bro it is literally your job to help me print stuff if I need help. I've been to the FedEx office on 71st many times and the people there are always very friendly.

I have started using this location for some high value shipments. The staff is great and the service is always very responsive and good. I would give it a 5, but the parking lot is pretty bad - not enough spaces for the traffic that comes there and the spacing is tight. They would do well to find a better location for the branch.

The lady working the front desk with glasses this morning 11:45ish) was fantastic. Super helpful, informed, and professional. Other team members were doing a great job helping folks as soon as they came in, very friendly.

I ship FedEx two to three times per week. I usually scan my shipments and get a receipt without standing in line. Great place. Great people.

Justin and Joseph made sure I was taken care of today ! Even when I came in with an attitude lol (which I did later apologize for) Justin even carried my packages to my car for me (and loaded them) shout out to him because the box was bigger than me !

Excellent and fast experience. I had an email I needed sent so I could print a doc and then fax. They have a self use machine which you scan the Code, send the email, and it walks you through the process to the end and fax. So easy. Staff was great. Gentlman came over to give me a run down.
