Horrible service from a manager at this 11th street FedEx. I walk out immediately and drove to the Office Depot/FedEx on Utica and 15th. Where I received great help and customer care .

I called ahead to make sure there were no issues with getting a passport photo taken. No worries, they said.When I arrived the two women working looked at me as if they each had a mouth full of lemons.We went to take the photo, and the camera was dead. She said I'm sorry and walked away leaving me standing there. No options offered at all. She didn't even look back.I know customer service has changed but this was ridiculous. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This is a complaint on a bad system someone's mail was delivered to my house by accident and I was trying to call to find out who I need to talk to to help get ther mail to them and the automated system is a joke I couldn't talk to a real person sucks for the people package that's left at my house probably someone's Christmas gift if the company sees this fix ur system have a good day ?

Highly recommended. Did Canva design which automatically sent a printing request to FedEx. Quick turn around and had an issue of printout...they solved it quickly and pain free!

Worst customer service ever… rude, rude, rude!! Won’t darken their door way again… this is second horrible experience here… first time they took money out of my wallet when I forgot it on the counter overnight. This time woman was just nasty. I walked out. Driving to airport to ship this package now smh

Unfortunately I came in to have my papers laminated, and was treated very horrible by Kendall the worker there. He was very unprofessional because he didn't want to simply do his job laminating the papers constantly directing me to do it self service. And then had the nerve to quote bible scriptures and was quoting them wrong. I didn't come for a church service I came to have my papers laminated. I decided to take my business elsewhere. And wanted me to do self service and didn't even have enough of the lamination film. Places just hire any kind of worker these days.

Great experience as the floors were clean and everything was in it's designated area. But most of all would have to be theFedEx employeee named (Anthony) he preformed hids duties to the fullest and was very respectful with nice hygiene. Excellent services

Terrible service and attitude especially a women called Tyeesha, very rude and don’t know what she is doing, print me a defective files still charge me 16 dollar on that, when I ask to modify it make it right on edge she says every 2 click on computer to modify is gonna be extra $7.50, ridiculous. Will file complaint to FedEx for sure

I had a cumbersome package to deal with and Anthony and everyone went above and beyond to take care of me. I felt bad about how much they had to do, but they were amazing and nice!

Went in today to ship an item to another fedex store in Washington that I have shipped to many times. The girl at the counter refused to look up the address as I had forgotten my phone at work. She was so rude and definitely not fit for customer service. I use this location weekly but after this experience I will not be back.

It took almost an hour for them to print and laminate a sign for me. An hour!!! The assistant manager, an unprofessional lady, who is not helpful and doesn’t know how to do anything except complain that an employee was in the bathroom for 30 mins. Really ridiculous and if that is a person in charge, fedex should really rethink if they want that type of leadership. The employee helping me had to wait for another employee came in to help while the assist manager stands there. Please train your employees on how to print signs and communicate with customers. If they are unsure please be in front versus wasting my hour as I live an hour away. Please retrain that assistant manager

It was some what different meaning, l hadn't been there in a while and the printer at Kendall Whittier Library was down. I needed 2 copies but before l could get any copies the young man told me l had to pay $2.50 first charge plus pay for my copies no legal or color paper request just plain white paper l was surprised by the added fee it didn't make sense. To this day l still do not understand added fee. Store was nice. I did pay to get my copies. Maybe it's the cost of living not sure.
