The worst delivery I have ever had from any carrier is from FedEx went from California to Mississippi back to Mississippi and I’m in Texas. What is going on with these people? I’m sick and tired of them. From now on, I’ll deal with any company not related to FedEx or ships by FedEx thank God Amazon use his post office and UPS.

We went in for passport photos, and Sumayah (I think that’s the spelling) was SO kind to us. Our little girl is mildly autistic and wasn’t having it with getting photos taken. But Sumayah was so patient and gave us the time we needed to get our girl’s photo finally taken (the process took 40 minutes).
Sumayah was nothing but kindness itself <3

This review is for Fedex corp, NOT for the employees of this facility, they were wonderful. But this is just to warn people that fedex is absolutely crazy with their pricing, it cost 73 dollars to ship a 16in x 20in x 1in painting, it was 45 dollars for the cheapest ground shipping and they charged 25 dollars just for the cardboard box to ship it in, and I was only shipping one state away. I'll never step foot in a fedex ever again, seriously, nor will I chose fedex when given the option online when buying stuff.

I hate going to this FedEx because of the many homeless people congregated around the building. Makes me very nervous. But today I had to go. Well, guess what happened? I got the "bum's rush!" I BARELY got in my car fast enough and locked my doors! Scary! I know it's a heartbreaking and awful situation for these people. But I'm not willing to put myself in harm's way to mail a package. I will go else where.
However, the service inside was great!

The worst place to ship or receive anything guaranteed they will say it arrives early then shows up 3 days late from the original date.
I’m going to do everything I can to make sure FedEx never ships my things again.

I had to overnight property closing docs and this store went above and beyond to make sure my docs left by cutoff. I had 15 mins to spare and They helped ship, copy and find a mobile notary in time to get the express shipment in FedEx’s hands. Many thanks to this stores commitment to customer service.

Really rude customer service. Treated me like an inconvenience. Didn't give me back my flash drive and when I went back in to get it the man handed it to me and didn't say a word. I've printed things here and there over the years but likely won't be back.
