My package was delayed for no good reason. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I did not get the package until Tuesday. I paid extra for expedited shipping, just for them to scam me and deliver it late without refunding me for that expedited shipping fee. They were scammers here.

I wish there was a way to give a zero. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never written a review before but I just couldn't let this one pass. I took some passport pictures here and I had doubts when I saw them, they just didn't look right so I questioned it and was told there were fine. I paid $99 plus for the pictures and to have them shipped . A few days after the package was delivered the agency emailed me to say the pictures were not done properly. I went back to FedEx to see how best they could rectify the situation and an elderly man at this location was rather insensitive telling me that they only did pictures for USA passport. If that's the case then why did they do it when I told them what the pictures were for and they were the ones who printed the label and sent off the package. I'm so upset and will never use this courier service ever and will make sure as much people as possible know about my experience. I just lost $99 that they refuse to refund.

April and the staff are fantastic!! We came to her with a last minute rush order and she was more than accommodating. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative! Highly recommended them to any and all. They’re the best!

I cannot brag on Julie enough. After realizing that I had forgotten a very important print for a presentation at work today, I rushed in last minute hoping to get help on my way in this morning. Julie not only helped me quicker than I ever would have expected, but I was able to stop for coffee before getting to the office as well! I will be using this location every time I need something from now on; she earned you a customer for life!! Thank you so much!!!!

Now on. Dropped off at 2:51 and they told me it would go out since they hadn’t picked up yet. Paid $187 to have a package overnighted and the next night it was still at this facility. Do not recommend.
