Customer service is amazing! I was greeting within seconds and my ignorant self was helped with my prepaid label and packet I needed to ship by a friendly nice older gentlemen. Such a wonderful place. I'd definitely go back for any shipping, printing, and office needs.

Walked in at 6:59 needing to ship something, door’s unlocked people in the store who don’t work there and they refuse me services. Like what gives. Lady would’ve been done before these people walked out of the store. Customer service 101 if your doors are not locked wait on the customer. Don’t escort them out then lock the door.

So. It was Sunday July 16, 2023, I was on a urgent need to have few drawings blown up and printed out, for me to use them as stencils for my art work. I also had a couple of packages to fedex out.The customer service at this FED EX is extraordinary from the time one walks in until the time one leaves the store.In my case, I was cheerfully welcomed by a lady and a gentleman. The gentleman by the name of Jay was able to assist me with the packages, my drawings were being worked by the very professional and attentive lady by the name of Linda. I needed to leave to run some other errands and Linda and Jay assured me that my printouts will be ready by the time I got back.I happened as they said, Linda and Jay were able to have my printouts ready while I was running my errands. Linda presented me the printouts and confirmed that my order was a I had requested. It was perfectly done. While I was checking out, I learned that it was Linda’s first day at work. Jay and Linda showed me in no time what team work means. Thank you Linda and Jay. You guys rock.I will be coming back to this very same store whenever I need to have any shipping and art work done.Thank you Fedex and staff.Until next time.

This place is outstanding. The employees are extremely helpful, but also they won't bug you if you know what you're doing & wish to be left alone. I can't stand going to the post office, so I go here & when i ask for assistance, they always help me do things, while also explaining how to do it myself in the future. Also, they stay open a few hours later than post offices.

Just called and on their self-service scanning to your own email and you do it yourself it cost $0.49 a page that is ridiculous especially when you're doing all the work. Go to the office store on 71st and Sheridan much cheaper and they do everything for you

I went in today to get help with my passport renewal and photo. They helped me get started with the process, took my picture, helped me get everything in the package and sent off. As they say on Pitch Meeting: It was super easy, barely an inconvenience.

So I needed to print some forms and needed them now. I went to the self service kiosk and paid and printed my forms. Very easy instructions to follow, did everything myself and with the pandemic right now, it was best. If I needed help I did see several employees that I could have asked, but didn't need to. My trip took about 12 minutes in and out. Cost for 5 forms was about 2.50 plus tax.If I had time, I could have submitted my order online, pick up time was 3 hours later. Walk-in was best for me.

I am not the world's biggest fedex fan however this location had always been very helpful to me. I've been promptly helped and had my needs met quickly every time I have been in here. The staff is very kind and the availability of shipping material at this store does not disappoint. If youre a small business owner i reccomend coming here

Such a shame! FedEx lost my package and I have been going back and forth for 21 days now between customer service representatives and claim representatives. Each blaming the other for not being able to find the package! I just wish you would own up to the fact that you lost it instead of blaming each other and wasting my time and my Christmas! Had I known this would happen, I would’ve delivered the package myself and saved everyone from this uncalled for Drama! Shame on you FedEx!!Shame. On. You!

I had three boxes to ship out I had to sit on the counter I was waiting for probably about 10 minutes another guy walks in lady walks up takes him immediately when he walks in the door pretty much. Like she didn't see me standing there at all. I was unable to use their services because I didn't realize that you had to have your ID to ship out, and the reason why I did go ahead and give two stars instead of one even though they acted like they didn't see me standing there is because she did tape up my boxes for me and I appreciate that. it is very likely that I would have let him go anyway because I did have three boxes he only had one but to just throw him and queue in front of me not okay
