I will never use FedEx to ever ship or receive a package. I have always had issue with them delivering on time, but this time was by far the worst. For 2 days in a row no delivery after being scheduled, finally showed that it was at this location. Called them to see if it was there, asked them if it was not going to be delivered then could I pick it up. Was told it was there, but was locked in the truck and was not going to be unlocked until the next day. So no way to have it delivered or picked up, after 2 days of it “being scheduled for delivery”. I will refer any and everyone to stay as far away from FedEx as possible. At this point I’ll pay extra just to make sure that it does not go through FedEx.

Park in the customer parking lot, you need to get buzzed in through a revolving gate. The people who work here actually work if they’re able to solve your problem or try and get your package from a truck, they will do it. Extremely appreciative of this location and the workers here. It’s nice to see people doing their job.

Oh man! Not good. Had to drive 45 mins to retrieve the pkg before it got sent back. Said 3 attempts - someone is ALWAYS home .... disappointed

Thanks Daniel I hope you survived the dangerous weather that happened today! I know 86 degrees and sunny is some real bad stuff to deliver in. My dog gets to go hungry since you refused to deliver my chewy order hopefully you can do your job tomorrow and my dog will get to eat. Thanks for nothing Daniel and FedEx!

The worst customer service! Don’t waste your time calling or texting you never talk to a real person! They deliver packages every week to my place and when they deliver a lot of things to the wrong place outside in the rain they are in no rush to help!!!

Every time anything I order from uses FedEx shipping it comes to this facility (12615 east apache street n tulsa ok 74116) I have never l, not once, had a package delivered on time. Every time either its not delivered cause “they just didn’t make it to my house before 8pm, or the package is lost. Heck one time their excuse was that the package was too heavy….. I would pay a premium not to have anything go through FedEx

Most awful excuses of a delivery company I've ever seen! Delivery is running early, ouh wait, now on time! Disregard that, shipment is late! Lol. And then package was now delivered to wrong address! Good luck ever seeing that package. It's gone and they won't do shit about it, except jump through hoops and f off. Update!!! Imagine this! What a joke this company is! Wow

It would be nice if this location was proficient in the field of delivering packages. Especially when you pay for overnight shipping two days ago and still haven’t received the item. The last time I ordered a guitar, someone stomped a hole through the box and broke the headstock off of the guitar. Get it together idiots.

Watch where you put your car because people will hit your car damage it and even though you tell security the day after and park under cameras. The SECURITY WILL NEVER DO THEIR JOB AND ACTUALLY INVESTIGATE!! WHOEVER HIT MY CAR SHOULD BE PAYING FOR THE DAMAGES BUT THEY ARE TOO LAZY AND INCOMPETENT TO LOOK AT CAMERA FOOTAGE . AND MANAGEMENT BRUSHES IT OFF AND EXPECTS ME TO BE OVER IT BY NOW. NO SOMEONE DAMAGING MY PROPERTY AND DRIVING OFF IS NOT OK! I BET IF IT WAS A FED EX MANAGERS CAR OR THAT FANCY BMW IN THE LOT EVERYDAY YOU WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING BY NOW . DO YOUR JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!

Fed Ex Driver apparently stole rocks from my custom fire pit. I had collected rocks from streams, rivers, and other waterway during my 7 year truck driving career. Heart broken.
Called Fed Ex multiple times but no one will call me back.
