I saw the person working tonight literally overhand, throwing boxes into the van. I thought they must be empty until I saw them struggle to pick one up before throwing. I hope nothing remotely fragile was in those packages.

The automated machine is completely useless. I need to speak with an actual human to help me figure out how to ship my vehicle title to my insurance company, and the robot service made it impossible to actually speak with someone. The ultimate gatekeeper. What a piece of junk service that is. I'll never use FedEx with my own money.

Casey was the employee that helped my husband and I and he was so kind and helpful. I live in Mannford but with employees like Casey, we will always pick this location first for our office needs!!

I had the craziest experience with Amazon trying to return portable air conditioners. The staff here right down to the driver that picked up the boxes was exemplary. These guys helped load and unload the boxes. They explored every option to assist me. After this I won’t go any other place to ship. Thank you Fed-X.

Worst customer service I have ever had!! They say a preprinted label is to light to scan. And you wonder why fedex is the worst delivery company!

They hire horrible people. I’ve been here twice and have dealt with rude and unprofessional service. It should not be this hard to ship packages.
