Have used this car wash several times and this morning after using the automatic car wash bay and while drying my 2024 car with a microfiber towel these new scratches appeared. Reached out to the store and informed they are separate and someone will call me. Don't use, I just paid $12 to damage my new car

Vacuums never suck very hard, if they work at all. So FREE vacuums is kinda gaslighting us. I used the manual car wash part for maybe 5 mins to clean two floor mats and they charged me $10. So do not use a card they will rip you off and scam you out of money.
